Came today for a exterior wash and vacuum. Price increased than normal. When they guy finished washing the outside he told that there was 5 cars in front of me for the vacuum because they only had one vacuum today. I said okay. Can you ask the cashier to refund the money for the vacuum because that is to long of a wait. Cashier refused to refund me. So I paid $20 for someone to wash the exterior ONLY.

My niece took my car to be washed and because she didn't leave a tip the guy who washed my car got upset and told her it was like he washed her car for free. So he sprayed water on my car before she left the lot. My niece was afraid to say something so she told me when she got back. Terrible service and I will not be going back.

You get what you pay for. Usually Im very satisfied when I leave. There have been few hiccups. Usually there is No wait. Home of the $10 Car Wash but it's actually $13 for inside & out for a car. When I want a wash...this is my place of choice for the money. You just cant beat it!

From out of town stopped here to get my car washed sat there for almost 2hrs before they even started washing my car keep in mind we were the 3rd car in line they started doing other people cars as they pulled up. Had been there since 815 am and they didnt start on my car until 10am. They’re very unprofessional to me and will never come again. Reasonable pricing but very poor customer service

Took my vehicle here for a detail my car was dirty in spots. Brought this to the attendance attention she stated that all was there for was to take the money. Even after she assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of prior to taking my money she requested that the person who was to wash my vehicle was experienced in washing black vehicles. Left my contact information never received a call back from management. Also while there had to be subjected to people smoking drugs on the lot, she stated that also that was not her business. They take your money but do not back up their work. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

It is what it is. Service did not take long. I received a car wash, interior shampoo and partial carpet cleaning for $30. I believe that it was supposed to be $40 with the front & back carpet. If you get your seats shampooed they will be soaking wet. They just scrub them with a towel and vac that will keep the excessive water off of the seats. My passenger air bag chime wouldn't stop going off because it thought someone was sitting in the passenger seat without their seatbelts on. I had my bed a couple of dollars of change in my cup holder & it was gone when I got in the car. When I asked about it they said that it was sucked up in the vacuum. So then one of the guys hold his hands out and says well I have some change here in my pocket and pulls out the same amount of change that was in my cupholder. I'm like...Really? They will constantly tell you that they work for tips. They have a whole lot of tip money in that vacuum if they are really sucking it up. Who does that? Of course they have the sign up stating that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. But if I know the only 1 or 2 people that has been working on my car then I'm gonna confront them.

The quality of service at this place has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. There doesn't seem to be a manager here. We've witnessed two employees "checking" each other. Another employee's girlfriend just caused a seen in front of everybody. Nobody stepped in to intervene. I've been two hours and my vehicle STILL isn't finished. While several that came in after me have come, received their service, and left. Let me not forget the kids riding bikes through the property begging for money/cashapp donations for a haircut. No sense of urgency or customer service. I drove from Southwind for this. Sad to say, but I doubt if I'll come back.

Very nice place to receive detailed hand cleaning services for your vehicle. Staff is descent and so are the prices. There are no indoor amenities for customers, so prepare yourself for this. Especially during busy days with longer wait times. You will have to use indoor amenities of the places nearby.

I drive from Olive Branch just to get my car cleaned here. I have not seen, heard, etc of anyone doing a better job. I get my car washed inside and out, vacuumed, inside windows washed for $13.00 plus my tip to the guys doing g the job. Joe washed myc car today, excellent job!! I don't go anywhere else!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE African man don't understand English so I had to wipe out my own car, he left wipers up, didn't wipe out cup holder. ALL my Glass is smeared Bad service all the way round Y'all Really Really need to do better Gotta find me another hand car wash service🤔

This carwash facility has gone all the way down, they use to be the place to go, but nit anymore. Those young guys do not know how to wash a car or SUV, I brought my SUV today, while riding home I noticed my windows were smeared and had tire shine on the car, and mud was still on the mud guards, I had to come home and redo my windows and mud guards. Those young guys need to be taught how to wash a vehicle or in school somewhere taking up a real job. The guy that takes the money is just interested in the money not how good of a job the employees do. Yall need to get a smooth blacktop all that loose gravel get on your shoes and into the vehicle. Chism do a better job cleaning the vehicles please. I will NEVER EVER bring my vehicle there again.

I just left that carwash one of the men tried to fight me cause I told him my car was not clean the manager came over he is a big hair shaved was so nice the younger guy that tried to fight me he tried to fight the manager very disrespectful s lady was about to call the police This is to the owner that guy family or not is not helping your business I apologize am afraid to come back I said I was popping my trunk because my bible was in it he needs God all he has to do was his job and he argue about that and work up to me it would have been terrible if I would have called my son I don't think nobody should lose their job if they are good People but he is not he needs to be ‼️‼️‼️‼️fired

Not sure if I just had bad luck with who they assigned to wash my vehicle, but I’ve seen kids do a better job to be honest. My vehicle looked as if it had been half washed (should’ve known by the fact the guy was done in 10-15 minutes tops) . The guy didn’t even make an effort to clean the rims, but had the nerve to just cake shine all over the place, using the same one rag for everything, leaving my vehicle looking dirty and oily. Would not recommend.

Car was cleaned ok. However, construction began as we were sitting in the customer area. Loud hammering and then a hot construction truck parked in front of the customer area. It's already 90 degrees. The heat from the construction truck produced more heat 🥵. The manager showed zero customer service. Just said, " well it's already hot."

15$ for a hand wash is awesome. No waiting to be service. Love the in and out procedure. Wish they had inside detailing, but I understand why. It's an express hand car wash. You get a free vacuum by them if you want it. They don't drive your vehicle, and you stay with it at all times. Keeps down confusion and accusation of theft.

First arrived only 2 guys working. One tells me he can start in my car in 10-15 mins, no cars ahead of me. He seemed to high to work. His eyes were very dilated. His workers are getting over on him. At Cordova they said they only accept cash or Cash App the the workers Cash App directly. Use to be 20 for quick detail. Now it’s 20 for wash and vaccum. Not going back going back to my regulars guy who charges 60 for full detail. Thought I’d try them. Cordova location seemed shady.
