⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Parker! I had an amazing experience at Take 5 thanks to Parker! From the moment I pulled in, Parker was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process clearly without being pushy, and he made sure I was comfortable while my vehicle was being serviced. What really stood out was his attention to detail and positive attitude — it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction like he does. The whole service was quick, efficient, and smooth. Parker even checked things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about! If you’re heading to Take 5, ask for Parker. He sets the gold standard for customer service, and I’ll definitely be returning because of him!

I had an amazing experience at Take 5. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. My car looked spotless—inside and out—like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. But what really made the visit exceptional was Heather and Duke. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented—they are the reason I’ll be coming back again and again. This place is great other than the vacuums always being broken. If you drive around you can find a working one unless its super busy. I love that they provide towels, windex and interior cleaner. The monthly membership is great.

I was going thru car wash it kicked me off tracks. Flattened tire. I filled out form followed their policy. They have ignored me. Won’t take responsibility. I am a monthly member but that’s going to change. Very disappointed at the lack of care, concern or responsibility shown by the corporate staff. It’s frustrating to have damage to car because of their car wash , yet totally ignored.

The attendant was phenomenal! He had great customer service, great communication, etc. However, when it came to the wash and equipment, my car was not really clean and one vacuum didn’t work and the other had pieces coming off it. I would return just for the customer service experience.

I have a take five car wash subscription. Last time i went to this location after the snow storm the car wash worked good and the vacuums were powerful.

What’s the point of paying $22 (!!) to go through the car wash if I have to get out and wipe it down? The dryer sucks. And then just to discover my car didn’t get clean! It’s a good thing I had to get out because I ended up wiping the dirt/mud off my car anyway. The problem is I’m short so down the middle of my car there is a line of dirt I couldn’t reach. My windows also didn’t get clean. People don’t waste your money here (My pictures don’t show the complete dirtiness of my car but you get the idea)

So the Car Wash on Lamar is closed for maintenance. Just tried the Union location N all is all good over this way 2. I got my little air freshener. Employees always welcoming N my car is so Fresh N clean. Ty Derrick and C~Bo for the great customer service 💯

About a year ago I wrote a scathing review of Union ave Take 5. Quit my membership. I recently gave it a re-try. Gotta say something positive has happened. Someone’s always at the drive thru to keep people moving. The wash was working much better and the vacuum works amazingly well. Best I’ve ever seen Last week an employee named Parker actually camp out to the vacuum where I was and sprayed my tires and scrubbed them. They looked like they were brand new. Great turn-around. Very pleased.

I have no idea how this place has as high of a rating as they do. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just cancelled my membership after today. Had to wait 20 minutes today for them to “reset” the car wash, all while given attitude by the man who couldn’t be bothered to do his job. And as usual, 90% of the vacuums didn’t work, my car was full of soap after the wash, and there was trash all over the parking lot. I’m going to do business else where.
