Use to come here once a week, this will be my last wash here. One machine on the right side didn’t spin during my wash, so only driver side was properly washed. Tried to upsell my 5 different times. Starting to remind me of the people who stand at kiosk at the mall and bother you when you want to be left alone. I know how to operate the machine guys, only been coming here for 4-5 years. When I finally said no the last time, they complained about items in the bed of my truck. Boots and metal tools, not trash. Said I would need to clean them out before being let through. Hate trashing a small business. So I left 3 stars and not 1. Hope you guys turn it around.

Not worth the $12 to wash your car. Did not clean the lower sides nor the rear hatch. Person on site was unwilling to make it right with a refund or other agreeable compensation. No receipt during the transaction. Discussions with the corporate office was polite, nothing more... Overall, poor customer service with low quality work.

Used to be pretty good. Customer service is rude. Both local car wash employees and corporate. Employees talk to you unprovoked with a bad attitude. They don't want to answer any questions, even basic questions. I'll try again at a later date to see if they improve.

I am absolutely disgusted with the fact that the employees tried to to upsell me on the membership and telling me how great it was immediately after the purchase the employee told me that the machine does not work properly and that your car will not be clean. I told them why would you not tell me this before I bought it from y’all, this is absolutely disgusting. It needs to be made right I paid $24 for this.

Do not go here! Definitely do not get the monthly subscription. This is what my car looked like after driving through. When I brought it to the manager’s attention he told me it was still dirty because my car has a lip on top. I have gone through many car washes that have been fine including the Zips up in Aubry. The manager told me I would have to clean it myself and that is why they supply towels. I will never go back.

When they're on they're on, but when they struggle they struggle badly. I don't know how many times I've come up here to get a car wash and it's closed either because of mechanical issues or who knows what reason. When they're operating. They're pretty good but it's been happening more frequently so it's just getting frustrating. Just went to the Zips off Little Road and much better. Better facilities and service.

I would leave a half star if I could. I was in the area figured I'd get the 25 dollar wash. The location is saginaw does a great job with 25 dollar was I get done to go vacuum and notice my truck tail gate was complete dirty. Doors were dirty my truck now has a scratch on the rear fender and tailight. Horrible experience. Never again will I come here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The car wash did not wash the back of my car. Went back the same day and the supervisor said it would be another charge. Please get it together and honor what your website states. “24 Hour Clean Car Guarantee”. Your staff needs to start spraying/scrubbing the front and back of the cars BEFORE if this is going to happen! Guys please believe the reviews and take your money somewhere else!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. First I paid for a monthly membership. Go through the wash & car is not dried at all. I go back & speak with the associate & I’m told the blowers aren’t working but will be back work with 3 or so days. Then in the middle of vacuuming, the vacuum is shut off. I go back & try to speak with the manager. Who btw told me he couldn’t give me his name. Told me very nonchalantly, & rude that he couldn’t do anything about it. He only offered me the customer service number, told me not to come back.

I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash recently. The wash itself was quick, efficient, and left my car looking spotless. But what really stood out was the customer service. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain the different wash options/memberships and made sure I had everything I needed before going through. It's rare to see that level of customer care these days, and Jeremy definitely went above and beyond. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a solid car wash with great service.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this ZIPS Car Wash location. They caused visible damage to my vehicle, and despite filing a claim, they refused to pay for repairs. In looking into other customer reviews, I discovered this isn’t an isolated incident—many others have reported similar issues of paint scratches, broken parts, and a refusal to honor claims. It seems to be a pattern, and I wouldn’t recommend this business if you care about your vehicle’s condition or fair customer service.

Pretty poor performance for a 24 dollar car wash. Multiple sections of the vehicle, front, back, and side panels, were not cleaned. The only reason they get 2 stars is the free vacuum and rag station. Rags were damp though, so they didnt do a good job absorbing the residual window cleaner and left streaks. Absolutely not worth anywhere near the cost. Glad I didnt get the subscription

Poor cleaning and poor corporate customer service. I drive a 2016 Kia soul and their car wash does almost nothing to the rear of the vehicle leaving it streaked and dirty not to mention all the other spots that stay dirty after the car wash. I made the mistake of signing up for their monthly plan as it was cheeper then then the one off car wash at the time. I used it for awhil and gave up after it did not fully clean my car every single time. I forgot to cancel and paid for several month where it was not used. I reached out to customer service asking for only the latest billing to be refunded which was only a day before contacting them at most for them to tell me that not only would they not refund me but they would bill anyone per their policy who did not cancel 7 days before the renewal date. Do not buy the monthly plan it is just a trap for them to get free money out of you.

Awesome place, fast, clean, and efficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My car looked great when they were finished. It's self serve, but there was vacuume hoses on both sides of your vehicle. Which was great because anyone who vacuumed a car before experienced that pain of the hose pulling, in the way, too short etc. They even have clean towels to wipe your interior.

About halfway through the car wash, the driver’s side of my vehicle was suddenly lifted off the ground and became stuck. Eventually, a car wash attendant came over and instructed me to put the car in drive and proceed forward. During this incident, my rear tire was punctured with a hole approximately the size of a quarter, my front tire was slashed, and my rear rim sustained significant scratches. I have used this type of car wash hundreds of times and am fully aware of the proper procedure—keeping the car in neutral, not applying the brakes, and not touching the steering wheel. The attendant did not indicate that I was at fault but also could not explain what caused the incident and did not seem concerned about investigating it, simply stating that “it happens.” Because the wash was not completed, cleaning chemicals were left on my hood, and I have since been unable to remove the residue. Although I was eventually reimbursed for the damaged tires, it took two months to receive the check. The car wash refused to cover the damage to my rim and hood. Most frustratingly, they denied my request for a refund for the car wash itself, despite the fact that the wash was incomplete and caused damage to my vehicle. You would think this would have been the easiest issue to resolve. One attendant made a minimal attempt to help other than just providing me paperwork, while another appeared uninterested and remained on her phone when I tried to communicate with her. The fact that the business is significantly based on the customer experience the didn't seem to take that into much consideration.

I bought the $12 basic car wash, not expecting perfection, but expecting a clean car and windows. Zips was not what I expected. It was like the front and back ends of my car were a complete afterthought, and it couldn't get clean bug splatter on my window that I just got the day before. Very disappointing. I could've done a better job cleaning and doing some upgraded maintenance on my car for less than what I paid.
