Quick efficient wash. The vacuums has decent power to clean the interior. They also provide four bays to pull your vehicle inside to get out of the sun. Always clean towels to dry & clean your vehicle to your liking 👍

I just gave kudos to the manager here, I want to give a tremendous shout out to Michael who greeted me at the kiosk and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. I passed this information along to the manager Sylvester, they both were so very humble and wanted the best for my service! Now about the Zip experience, PLEASE give this place your business when I tell you it's worth your business from the customer service to the vacuums! I have nothing to gain other than keeping a place that will get my business over and over again! I just purchased a new car 2024 and happened across this place by mistake, drive 15 miles to get me car washed worth it...I've personally used Wiki Wiki, Sam's on a pinch but my previous vehicles always experienced scratches, vacuums half worked not worth my hard earned money when you can't rely on keeping your vehicle in tip top shape. I would spend over 2 hours trying to get my Great Pyreness hair out my carpet...this location at 9331 East Independence Blvd less than 30 mins the vacuums are by far the best I've ever used...as strong as my Dyson...I kid you not!!! The wash never fails from the top of my ceiling to my tires and never disappoints and without the dull look or scratches I experienced from others. Please share, visit and promote this location...you will not be disappointed, I promise!!!

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly, the line moved quickly, and my car came out looking spotless inside and out. They paid attention to the details—especially the rims and windows, which a lot of places miss. I also appreciated how clean and organized the waiting area was. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends!

I think this is one of my favorite car wash spots. I like the fact that they have their free vacuum open all the time and you can really get your car detailed if you need it. The attendant is very great and helpful. I love that they have the glass cleaner and the towels to clean inside your car as well as the outside. I’ve never had any problems or issues going there. I really appreciate this place.

The WORST Zips Car Wash location! The vacumns don't work and there will be damages to your car for sure. The location is shady and the employees that work here are unfriendly.

It is a good and cheap place to go to wash your car, the service was very good and they have vacuum cleaners that work very well, however, being my first time washing my car, it was a bit confusing to enter, but it is quite easy to understand.

Be careful! Scam Alert ! I took my car for single time wash back in April’25 to realize these guys have put me on a annual thing for $25 dollar / month. I remember telling the guy that I just need a single wash .. Reporting them through proper channel now

this is one of my favorite car washes, I like how clean the car turns out after the wash, I like that they have free rags and vacuums. what I didn't like during my last visit is that I can't pay with cash because their terminals don't accept it, I can't pay with credit card because the reader is broken. however, I can pay with card when representative comes and helps with a tablet. there's one caveat, the rep could only do a $18 wash according to him, not the $12 basic wash that is available on the terminal. that sounds very convenient for this business, to sell $18 washes instead of the basic $12 to make more money.

Perfect service. Guided me on the best car wash for my vehicle today. Did not oversell. Took a few moments to brush wash the bugs off the front of the car. Free vacuum, glass cleaner and dust cleaner (for reuse). Very polite management.

Really bad wash for the price. This was $30 for their premier wash and it looks like dirty water was used. All four wheels had like, muddy water after the wash and they weren’t this dirty going in. I’ve never had a car go into a wash dirtier than it went in.

Stays closed randomly too often. Sunday Feb 08, afternoon 3 pm and their lanes ar3 closed for unknown reasins. Went to the vaccuums and they can not suck anything, no one bothers to clean the pipes. Happy that I canceled my 6 year old membership yesterday!!
