I did not purchase any services but I came today in an attempt to get my children's carseats shampooed. I had difficulty removing the covers to throw in the wash so i gave up and went on a hunt to find somewhere to wash the covers while on the seat. AJ came out to assess the situation and successfully removed the very complicated carseat cover so I could throw it in the wash. She even said to come back by if I had any problems putting the seat back together. This mama is truly thankful! Update my carseats look as good as new. Again thanks AJ. Superb customer service.

They stole my car! I bought a green Mazda from them for $6,000. I had only $664 left to pay. Something went wrong with the transmission so the owner and his dad picked up the car and never returned it! They picked it up in August, to "see what was wrong with it," and never called me until January. Here's the kicker! Told me I had to pay them $2500 for the repairs. I said, "What!" I never even gave you permission to make repairs. They were located in Charlotte. After I filed suit against them, they moved to Matthews. This is the slimiest excuse for a businessman. He should be in jail. I had written the Better Business Bureau, Secretary of State, slimy. My case has now passed the "statute of limitation" but its great to know that we can make the public aware of businesses who treat consumers like dirt.

I would not recommend this place. When you get charged 200+ dollars, you’d expect a better job. Let me tell you why... I went in with a big mess and thought well, while this gets cleaned let me clean the whole car. I received the car back with all the small scratches cleaned but the main reason I went there was to clean the big mess and they didn’t clean it. Rather, they actually tried I hide it from me. On top of that the glass was sooo dirty, the door jams had spray marks, and water marks. They just made it smell nice. My neighbor’s son cleaned my car better than them last month. I was very disappointed with the end results. If anyone knows of a better detailer please let me know, because I am for sure not going back there. I didn’t fight them, just paid and walked out. I urge you to seek other detailers before you resort to them. Good luck with your cars.

It was a great experience working with AJ. She set the expectation on what could possibly happen with me letting tree sap sit on my suv. She had me to come by first to see what was going on with my suv before she service me. I really appreciate her doing so. Showed me she cared about her work and she’s a perfectionist. Once I picked up my suv she topped what I thought the outcome would be. Also, the receptionist was a pleasure to speak with and she gave me a few tips on what to do with my hair for the winter since I’m new in the state. I appreciate everyone and there service! I will come again and tell all my coworkers to come to Doctor Detail! Thank you everyone.

They detailed my car beautifully!! My interior is all black, which can be tricky to completely clean, but they got into all the nooks and crannies. For a full interior detail and car wash, it was $110, which isn't too bad for a sedan.

Dr. Detail is the place to go get your car detailed!! AJ is super awesome and goes above and beyond for her customers. I have had my car detailed and polished/waxed there and I have no complaints. They do an awesome job every time. The prices are very reasonable compared to an Auto Bell, that will screw your car up and not even do a good job!! I will continue to take my car there for all of it's detailing needs. Customer service is first and foremost for AJ!!! Thanks Dr. Detail!!

AJ and company are miracle workers and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have used them multiple times. The first time to get rid of mold, mildew, and stink bugs out of my Dad's car as he kept leaving his car windows down during rain storms one summer. This trip was to get a wash and wax on his car that had been outside for the past 15 years and maybe washed twice. It looks like a brand new car when AJ finished with it. Cannot wait to drive it at night now that the headlight covers are no longer cloudy and occluded. And their prices are reasonable as well!!!

First time customer. Called over the phone to get more information and AJ was incredibly helpful and professional. I chose to get their express interior and exterior auto detail for $45. They informed me that they advise to set appointments as they really pay attention to the details and even their quickest is over an hour. I decided to get an appointment for 20 minutes later to ensure my spot to reduce my wait time. I was incredibly satisfied with the results and my experience. AJ then offered some other services they preformed that he would recommend for me to keep my car looking the best down the road. I WILL be visiting again soon and recommending this place to anyone who needs it. Proud of the company and their business.

MUST READ, BEWARE!! First, let me say I’m new to the area & in reading the reviews I decided to try this business for my services. I took my car to get my front headlights refined/cleaned and I was charged $150…red flag! Good job on it but that’s the most I have ever paid for that type of service by a large difference. You could have had a repeat and loyal customer instead of overcharging. Do better! REPLY: I provided a photo as a reference to my follow-up reply. If you remove these two headlights, it’s 1 left and 1 right headlight, not considered 4 headlights. They are a set. (The fog lights were not redefined, for those wondering) Let’s be real, look at the size of the headlights anyway. It doesn’t require much work or product to redefine these lights. Additionally, you had my vehicle for less than 45 minutes, meaning my lights weren’t that bad off!! Another thing, I don’t argue prices in-person, you told me the price after doing the work so why am I going to discuss the price? It’s your right to set your price and it’s mine to leave a review of my experience. Btw, you sound very UNPROFESSIONAL! That’s incorrect information, it’s not the national average, try again…and you’re really showing the face of your company/business by continuing to argue with me, the customer, over MY opinion of MY experience. It illustrates just how off you are. Mocking your competitors is not solidifying your argument. Understand that restoring lights does not require a license so if others choose to do so in other types of environments, then they can do that and I guarantee you they’ll do just as good of a job if not better because I’ve witnessed it. These lights to my MB have been restored several times, by licensed and unlicensed personnel but never for the price you charged. Let’s not forget who I am, I’m not hurting for the change I gave you and you realized that when I stepped into your shop. Find some humility and business acumen instead of trying to flex on Google. It looks distasteful on your part and I wouldn’t be surprised if you lost business just off of your behavior. You’re too old to be acting as such.

Got their name from someone who said they do great work. They did not disappoint. It did take a long time (6 hours) but it was an F150 full cab with LOTS of dog hair. But they really got all that dog hair out of the carpet. It looks amazing. Totally worth the wait. Cost about $325. I think considering the result ...the price was probably fair.

I brought my car with an appointment at 10am and they delivered it at 4pm. Terrible service. They didn't even touch the roof or the interior. The person excused himself by saying he did what he could... the car only smelled of chemicals. The price was set at $175. In the end, he ended up charging me $200 because my car is a 4-door, which the initial price is for a 2-door, according to him. The trunk was just as dirty. We asked for service, the $200 was worse spent... Look for better options and more professional people.

Brought in my work truck and told AJ to do whatever was needed I do landscaping and concrete, so let me tell you this thing was beat up. I had dried on concrete splatter and chemical overspray that had etched all the paint, not to mention the interior was in really bad shape. AJ took extra time in order to remove all the concrete splatter and get the truck perfect. I was so happy when I got it back because the interior and exterior looked better than when I bought it. I will be bringing all my trucks in regularly for the same treatment. Highly recommend
