I have to say I’m a hard person to buy into what anyone is offering but these guys are great! Casper was on his break when I came through but he saw me struggling and came to my rescue he was super nice and very informative he totally got my business!! I told him I would come back after thinking on it and I’m so glad I did !! I came back to meet Jeffery the manager and he was super nice 😊 he has really cleaned this place up and is always active and super helpful I recommend this car wash to anyone!! I came for the first time and had forgotten that I had my tray on my hitch! Jeff and another employee came and took it off for me and put it back on when I got finished! Amazing Staff!!! I just moved to Chattanooga from South Carolina and needed to switch over car wash memberships. Jeff was so helpful in getting my old membership canceled and starting me a new one. This is the place you want to wash your car. I've used the competition many times and would have to ask for another wash just to get my car clean. This place I only have to run through once. The employees are friendly and helpful. Kyle was great! Helped me get through the wash and vacuum.

This place has the best vacuums in town, and unlike other places they are completely free, even if you dont buy a wash.They will pull up your carpet, they are so powerful. Towels and cleaning spray are free as well. $25 a month for unlimited washes, which is moderately expensive, but worth it if you wash your car more than once a week. The staff are friendly and helpful.The wash itself is really good, especially the tire and rim cleaning brushes. My only complaint is they only have the one location on Hwy 58. Otherwise, it's a really good place and always has room for you. Update. They no longer provide free vacuums for non members or people who dont buy a wash. The manager said they were being overrun by non members and it was making it difficult to provide for members. I dont blame them. But it's still good value for the money, and those vacuums are still strong enough to suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Derwin absolutely deserves the recognition. From the moment I pulled in he greeted me with a warm, professional attitude that immediately stood out. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. My car came out looking better than it has in months! Derwin was great! He was efficient, polite, and genuinely invested in doing quality work. I had an incident at their car wash in which their machine Did not retract properly admittedly by the manager... ripping my front bumper off my Honda Odyssey.... Jeff the manager there just brushes everything off on corporate to handle. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours.... It's been over a month and still no resolve. Not even a phone call. Don't use their services they do not respect you or your property.
