I gave this place a five star. I was traveling for work and I visited this place. I left my wallet there and traveled cross town. I actually went back to the shop. The owner had it waiting for me. Nothing was missing, I actually appreciated the honesty! That goes a VERY LONG WAY! All my money and credit cards were still there. So again, I appreciate you both! Thanks not too many honest people now a days.

These guys do not understand customer service. As I look through the reviews I can't help but wonder if they are racist against their own people. I don't see any reviews by black people that have positive things to say about this place. My money is green too. As a business owner myself (of multiple successful businesses), I understand what customer service is. You can't treat people, regardless of the color of their skin, any kind of way. You never know who they are connected to in the city. You don't know what doors you just closed for yourself and your business all because you were nasty when dealing with a paying customer. Do not support this business.

This is by far the best car wash in Chattanooga! Their prices are excellent and my car has never been so thoroughly cleaned before. They are absolutely fabulous. The men who work here are very nice and certainly know how to wash a car! The waiting area is very sparse so bring something to read and maybe try to come on a nice day. I can’t recommend this car wash enough!

Stopped by to get my car detailed and from jump these guys were not interested in working. They were sitting around drinking from red solo cups and based on their behavior I can only guest what was in the cup. They quoted a price and told me that I would have to leave the car with them. It was 2:30 pm and they said they were done for the day. I told them to let me think about it and see about making transportation arrangements for the following day. They took me to think about that of their property. I was shocked at such poor customer service. I can't imagine their work to be any better. I can't image they own this place. I left and decided to go somewhere else and vote with my money.

Do not waste time at this place. I came to get my mother's car detailed for a Mother's Day gift. After they told me it was too late to start on the car (which was fine), they came up to me as I was on my phone and told me to leave their property. They still had another 1.5 hours before they closed. They just wanted to sit around with their feet kicked up as they were doing before I dropped by. A little customer service goes a long way. If I could leave zero stars I would. The two gentlemen that were there today clearly were not the business owners because they would not have treated a paying customer that way. They could have fostered the relationship and encouraged a conversation on a better time to come back. Instead they turned money away and proceeded to kick me off their property. This place is GARBAGE. Please hire someone that understands customer service. These two gentlemen are rude and lazy.

They detailed my car and it looks like new. The price was great, for the service provided. He asked me to look at my car before paying. He's serious about his work, and not about a personality contest and that's why I prefer this place. He's personality is about cleaning the car and telling you how long it will take. An honest man. Five stars .

AMAZING best hand wash in Chattanooga!! Above and beyond and so reasonably priced. Pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about customer service. I have used hamilton place car wash and it is pitiful the service that they give. I highly recommend giving Skip your business!!
