This was easily the strangest experience I’ve had a car wash. After navigating a super hard sell on a membership which I had to say no to five times, the next attendant waved me into the wash and pushed me into scanning a QR code to do a Google review, and then took my phone and begin filling out the review himself before I had even entered the wash! I paid $24 for the full treatment so that I could get an undercarriage wash to remove the salt, and it was an average wash at best. I had even gone to a self-service wash and pressure wash the car as best I could before hand and it was still a pathetic wash. Photos attached. Lots of smeared grime still on the car and the wheels… very disappointing, especially for the price.

Devatae Love going to this location (Main Street) Chattanooga, TN. I can't believe people are driving around with dirty car. For less that $10 you could be riding clean.If everyone's attitude, and knowledgeable like Sharica at that location I'll going to any of them.. Neshia was also a great help! She was very helpful.

Car wash seems to do a good job. We came here twice while we were visiting family for a week. Love the fact that you get a car air freshener with each wash! Our monthly subscription to the “duck” wash out west gives you a worthless wet wipe that smears everywhere and leaves a film. Vacuums worked well but cloths furnished to wipe down cars and dashboards could be a tad bit damp. Hard to clean console when cloth is bone dry.

Nayeli was so sweet and helpful! She really went above and beyond. My car was covered in sap and she helped me scrub it down at the bug station before entering the wash. She recommended I get a membership since the monthly cost is less than two washes and I will likely be requiring frequent washes since my car has to be parked outside.

Went to this location - handed the attendant my credit card and now I have a recurring monthly fee. I went there 1 time - I wonder if I'm the only one. Do not hand an attendant your card to swipe and punch in the numbers.

I had the BEST Customer Service Experience today! When I was trying to decide on a package and expressed my concern for my extremely dirty wheels JESSICA said “I will help you!” She sat on the cold ground and went beyond to help me get my car ready. Used to go here and Scenic Suds interchangeablu but the last two visits have soured me. EVERYTIME I come here there is a guy bugging me to buy a membership. One time when I said no, kept pressuring me too. Most recent time there was a "glitch" where they "had" to take my phone number to sign me up for promotional texts. And all the towels were wet making it impossible to manual dry the manu spots the automatic dryer misses.

I absolutely love the Mod Wash off Main Street in Chattanooga, TN! Always greeted with good mornings and smiles! The staff has gotten to know me as well. I usually visit between 8:30 to 9:00 am during the week. The facilities are always clean, its handicapp friendly for my disabilities (flat parking, spacious, multiple carts along the bays)a lot of space , and a great location! Great welcoming and friendly customer service is not shown very often. So when I receive it , I like to highlight it‼️ GREAT JOB TO THE GUYS AND GALS AT THE MOD😉 #423proud #chattboutit

Why do you close so early? 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night. Was told before I paid that even though it was about to be past closing that the vacuum would stay open. Well it was not & they shut it off before I could use it. Said sorry. Would not have used it and paid the high price for just the wash. Then had to go to the quarter neighborhood one to use vacuums after. Not ideal...

Luke was so helpful. Best wash in downtown! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🌊 Gerome was running the whole wash himself today seemed like and he was sooo helpful! Love one of the owners which was so kind with very caring customer service. 🙂 The only one they have ever asked me did I need some wheel shine spray at and helped me clean my wheels. Honestly put the other washes to shame. The owner also helped clean my undercarriage with alcohol spray. 🤍

This company is fraudulent! Terrible experience! They automatically subscribed me to a membership plan without my consent. I bought a wash in December as a one time transaction and a month later was billed for their plan. I would never agree to a membership as I only used their facility twice in 2025. No refunds on membership plans. Multiple reports on Better Business Bureau of the same thing happening to others. DON'T GO HERE.
