So so kind and helpful. My tire blew out a couple months ago and they were less than a mile away so I decided to drive there. Couldn’t be happier with my decision, they were super fast and reasonable. Then today I got something in my tire and had a leak, they fixed it no charge in less than an hour! And were so kind which makes the biggest difference when you’re having a day! Cannot recommend them enough!!

I made an appointment at 10am and didn’t get in until 11:30am just for them to inform me they aren’t even able to repair my tire. I am confused as to why there’s an option to make appointments if they aren’t even able to get me in until an hour and a half later. Horrible. Condescending. And a big waste of time. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

On Dec. 4, I was almost at my destination in downtown Chattanooga from Ooltewah when my oil pressure light came on. The nearest location for an oil change was the Firestone Store on Market Street. They politely told me they did not do oil changes on my make of car. The technician then topped off my oil tank for free so I could make it safely home!

The manager has set the culture of the shop as extremely helpful, courteous, efficient, and easy going. They have helped me with everything from quickly executed regular maintenance to "I need this tire fixed now; I'm supposed to be on the road to Atlanta already and I just woke up to a flat tire!"
