My car never gets cleaned and always is left with white spots all over it. I have timed my visits and since they changed their membership style mine is a lot faster and leaves dirt streaks on my car. As well never finishes the job. Done with this place.. With the reply given, I have spoken to people multiple times and the local manager Donald had "bad phones and was outside" he wasn't able to talk. I have emailed him pics from my visit prior to this one. Gave it time, tried again and it was worse that before.

Not really happy. This amount of dirt seems excessive for just being washed. So they reply "I should was it again while I'm still on the property"? Which also means waiting for 15 minutes in the line again! I'll also add that the vacuum cleaners don't work either. Tried 2 vacuums and neither worked!

After 10 years, the paint job on my car still looks brand new, and I think it's due in part to this car wash. There are always fresh clean towels to dry my car. The attendees are very attentive.

Pros: quick wash, reasonable priced membership, accepts cards I like that vacuums are available for free. I've messed up a few hubcaps getting lined up on their track system but I keep coming back for a monthly wash. They have membership options starting at $19.99.

The water was harsh, leaving behind hard white water droplets all over my car. Despite the thorough wash, my car still had bugs on it. Notably, the bug sprayer was removed during the cleaning process. Additionally, the equipment left several small scratches on my brand-new vehicle. My car was cleaner before I brought it here, and now my black car appears silver due to the excessive white water droplets. Zips was once my favorite car wash. I refuse to renew my subscription 😢😪😢 Any recommendations on a good carwash in Oklahoma City anyone?

Zips car wash broke a piece of trim off my car, didn't get the car clean, and then the facility manager blamed me for the issue and failed to follow up after I complained. Five minutes after driving away, I heard a really loud noise while getting on the highway. Pulled over and found a door trim piece had come loose and was flapping in the wind, see photos. I went back the next time I was in the area, two days later, and talked to the facility manager. He said it was probably just a coincidence that the piece had come loose. I said that seemed pretty unlikely, I've had the car for five years and all of a sudden this piece comes loose, five minutes after going through your car wash? He said well, you were supposed to check for damage before you left the lot. I asked where that was posted, he said, "well, I don't see it, but it's supposed to be posted". Cool. Anyway, he took some pictures, took my name and number, said he'd talk to his regional manager the next day and call me back, which of course he didn't. So, if you want a dirty car, unprofessional management, and expensive damage to your vehicle, Zips can help you out. If you want your car to be clean and intact, take it somewhere else.

Scratched my car all up and didn’t even get it all the way clean. The vacuums absolutely suck.

Kerrie was super helpful and very fun to talk to, she showed genuine interest in our brief conversation. Oh, Kerrie, I forgot to tell you but your hair is so pretty! Red is a very good color for you!

Not worth the $20 I spent. Soap residue left, machines barely touched my mirrors, - paid for tire shine and none was applied. So glad I didn’t pull the trigger on their monthly subscription.

I've been a monthly subscriber to this car wash for a while now, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently underwhelming. The equipment seems to be poorly maintained, as my car often comes out with: - Excessive soap residue, which takes extra effort to clean off - Tires that are supposed to be shined, but end up looking dull and uncleaned What's even more frustrating is that we've brought these issues to the attention of the management team multiple times, but our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. It seems like they're not interested in addressing these problems or improving their services. As a paying customer, it's disappointing to feel like my business isn't valued. I expect a basic level of quality and cleanliness from a car wash, especially one that I'm committed to visiting regularly through my subscription. Unless they revamp their equipment and customer service, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

All right, so I went here because my car was discussing and I needed to knock the dirt off of it. The two guys they were helping me choose the wash were very knowledgeable and informative about their services. I ended up choosing the basic wash. The two guys warned me that the basic wash is also called the zero star wash, cuz that's what they always get on. I got to say, I don't understand why anyone gives this a zero. I don't understand why anyone gives anything a zero when you have options to choose. So, I'm giving the basic wash of five star. It was exactly what I wanted in the cheapest wash I could get. It literally put water on my car and knocked off my dirt.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just moved to OKC from Texas and needed to get my car washed. I asked around the office and EVERYONE said not to go to Zips, but it's right by the office so I thought I would try it. I will not be back. First, they look closed. I arrived at 1:58pm, the LED sign under their main sign is off, they have cones in front of every single vacuum spot except for the one next to the employees car, which was weird. There was no one there getting a car wash when I pulled up, just two cars parked next to each other by the vacuums, with someone sitting on the trunk of their car looking bored to tears. I pressed the touch screen to select my wash and the guy jumped off of his trunk and came running over and said, 'NO NO THAT SCREEN DOESN'T WORK' which it clearly did. Then when he saw that I had already used it he said, 'Oh, I mean the card thing doesn't work'. Never identified himself as an employee, was just a young kid with dirty hair in a sweatshirt, so it was kind of sketch. He asked what I wanted and I said I needed to see the menu (as I wasn't sure if all Zips offered the same thing). He held his iPad and showed me the $30 car wash and said that is what I should get. I declined and said, "I'm not going to spend $30 on a car wash today". He said, 'well if you sign up for a membership you can get it for $22 for two months'. I said no thanks, can I see the other options. I noticed there was something on his screen below the $20-$30 options and after some back and forth he scrolled down. I said "I'll take the $12 wash", he laughed and said, 'you really want the carwash that will make your car rust out next time it rains?'. WHAT. What in the manipulative attempt at upselling is that statement? That is insane. First, it's a car wash, the next time it rains has nothing to do with it. Literally the only reason for him to say something like that is because he thought I would suddenly change my mind and want to spend $30 so that my car would rust. I told him "no thanks, I don't want a carwash" and he tried to tell me that I actually should get the $30, so I ended up having to back out of the long driveway to Penn. I would never do business with a company that uses lies to try to upsell people. a $12 car wash today cannot cause my car to magically rust the next time it rains, and if it DID, then Zips would sure be in a lot of trouble for purposely selling something like that.

The customer service was amazing, the workers were very polite and helpful, but, it did not do the one thing a car wash is supposed to do. I went through with bird poop and painted on my car and when I exited, there was still bird poop on my front seat, windows, and paint on my back windshield. I’m a little dissatisfied.

So this was my first time at this car wash and the experience was so amazing. Customer service is 10 out of 10. I didn’t get the membership today cause I wanna wait until summertime but Carrie was very helpful and explained everything to me and their vacuums are the best in the city hands-down.
