If I could leave a negative review, I would. Came here for a hopper washout as I don’t dare to actually wash here. They climbed all over my fenders and deck, bending the deck and then basically told me I shouldn’t have a nice truck and stop whining when it was brought up. Been washed out here a dozen times and never had anyone climb on my truck before until Craig, whom I’m assuming is the manager (a poor one at that), told me it’s “policy” to look in the hoppers beforehand. Well it wasn’t the last dozen or so times. If you care about your equipment, don’t waste your time here as they couldn’t care less if they damage it or not.

When I came in today I advised I want extra rinse because the last 2 times I have been here soap was left on the truck. This time a lot of the truck didn’t even get washed. For the money I spent today I could have went to a car wash and washed my truck for 1/3 of the price you charged me.

Absolutely terrible. The service, the wash, absolutely the worst wash I’ve had in years. Maybe the staff shouldn’t be so concerned about conversating about things after work, and on there phones and actually do the job they’re paid and trained to do! NEVER come here. EVER. Don’t waste your time. They didn’t even hardly brush my wheels. Outside lip is all that’s clean.

Absolutely unacceptable. They left so much grime on the truck it took 30 rags and two full cans of glass cleaner to remove the grime they left behind. Six of the rags were so filthy, they had to be thrown away. The rest are at least salvageable. They didn’t touch the back deck or the back of the truck or the front of the trailer at all. They where missing so much stuff I had to let them know they where missing stuff and they still missed more not that what they hit was actually clean. I got a trailer wash and they literally forgot to run the machine on the trailer until I reminded them. The sorry truth of the matter is it wasn’t for lack of effort. They where trying to do the job but it was obvious from the beginning that they where given no training whatsoever on how to do it properly. I would have been better off just spending a little extra and going to the Blue Beacon. They would have done a better job and that’s just amazing to me. I don’t know what’s going on with Truckomat but I’ve now gotten a bad wash here and in Indy and my last one in Walcott wasn’t great but it was at least fairly clean. The only one left I seem to still be getting the kind of service you’d expect from them is Joplin and that just makes me sad. No one should need to spend two hours cleaning their truck by hand after spending money on something the place taking the money should absolutely know how to do. I won’t be wasting my time or money again at this or the Indy location. The photos are of the back of the cab and the condition of some of the rags after wiping my so called clean truck down. Those back of the cab pictures are the condition my entire truck was in after this joke of a wash.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I went in for a regular truck and engine wash. While the truck was being washed, they stopped and asked if I wanted to add chemicals. I declined and said I just wanted the truck cleaned properly. I was told chemicals are not included, so I paid an extra $10, bringing the total to $80. Guy inside even told me Blue Beacon gives chemicals free we don’t 🤷🏻. I walked outside while they were washing, and all they did was spray the truck—no real cleaning at all. Mud was not even removed, and the truck was still dirty when they finished. For an $80 wash, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Not impressed by this truck wash, the staff is working like they don’t wanna be there, I pull in for truck and trailer wash they didn’t let me get out of my truck until it was done , the guy who was guiding me inside didn’t do it right and when the machine start to wash my trailer it hit my mirror and they not even apologized for it, I don’t think I coming back here, plush when I check my wash on my equipment they did a bad job I point it out to them and they clean some spots but not all of them, feel sorry that they loose my business.

Kids are supposed to be scrubbing the truck, instead they are just wiping the brush over it and playing around. Truckers work hard and im on the road 21 days in a row, and like to keep my truck clean. Whats the use of getting getting on the ladder if your not going to get anything off the top? I had to go over 45% of the truck and wipe it down myself. What a waste of my drive time! Rims were filthy. Bugs still on the side mirrors. Bugs on fenders and the side of the cab. Frame looks like crap. Im staying with Beacon they do a much thurough job. 10/4 Needed to go back because i ran over a skunk. They completely forgot to put my wheel caps back on (not sure why the took them off). But i had two guys telling me they were done and to move forward as the other three sat on the curb in Front of my truck. They completely forgot to wash the back half of my truck. And you already know the quality of wash on the body.
