Very friendly staff, especially Chris every time I come to this location I’m amazed how good of a wash my car give us such a small price. The trash cans are never full and the vacuums are always working at 100%. I recommend this to everybody. come try out zips, you will leave with a smile. A clean car

Went to Zips and they were having a problem getting a vehicle through, which caused a delay of about 20 minutes. The attendant give me a break on a package and while waiting in line another attendant came by a dropped off a free car wash. Thought it was a nice gesture for the down time and I will be back!

The manager and manager in training were amazing!!! Had an issue with my tires being bigger and without hesitation they were right there on it! Unfortunately my big ole truck wouldn't go BUT he had me pull to the side and washed off the salt from the roads. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you both!

Great place to get your car washed, free vacuums, friendly and personable employees. Chris was very kind and informative, took time out to introduce himself as well as members deals. I’d recommend getting a membership right now as it’s 50% off your first three months. You’d be saving lots of money!

I have a membership here and 3 times in the last 2 weeks that I have driven up, cones were blocking off the lanes, and only vacuums were accessible. I don't know if this is due to not enough staff, but it is very frustrating. If it is open 8a-8p, you should be able to get a car wash in that time frame. Whenever they are running, it is great, but I won't keep my membership much longer if this keeps occurring. It is a waste of driving.

I am not quite sure why this place has 4 stars! $16 and my car needs to be washed. It didn't even get the bugs off the windshield. I don't know where to start on the rest of the truck. The most pathetic drive through car wash I have ever been to. I'd like to believe paying $16 for a car wash they would actually scrub the front and windshield like all other drive thru's of this nature. Why can't I give 0 stars?!

I went here looking for a car was membership. I tried it first. they guy literally prewashed my front fender that's it. I am like you know maybe I had just a clean vehicle. so I went back 805am tried to get membership once again. lanes where closed I went to office. told me he could not help me I have to do it at machines. I asked when do you open "not sure I am the only one here". totally canceled my member ship. they are not spraying your car down before you go in. how much damage can you do to clear coat. I will drive 2 miles further not to use this wash. lol 8 5 2024 my friends car is stuck in there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR CAR WASHED THIS PLACE GIVES NO DAMNS

spent 20 bucks for to wash my expedition and noticed my tailgate still had dirt and grime. and dirt in the rims. in all honesty I'm not mad but disappointed with the it.

Nice car wash and works real well on cars but the sign is so alarming about older cars or cars with 100k+ miles!! One thing is that you get through fairly quickly but after an Oklahoma storm they had 1 guy working the line? Really? It took forever to get through and the card reader was having issues. Ended up going to the other location on S Western.

This car wash is never open. The sign says 8a-8p. There are employees here, but I have been here 5 times between 8:30a-11a and there are always cones in front of the drive through lanes. This is so annoying.

I had a membership over the summer but as we have gotten more towards winter I hadn't used my membership but once in the past month. So I went and canceled my membership, planning on returning as a customer next year. Surprise surprise a couple days later I'm charged the membership fee! So I proceeded to call customer service and ask for a refund, as surely this was a mistake. Long story short, the CS rep was not very helpful and when my case was escalated to the refund department I was cited fine print that memberships had to be canceled 7 days prior to the renewal date or they would still be charged. I received an email, final decision no alternate recourse. Well.. ok. So much for good customer service. I hope you enjoy your $25. I wont be a return customer. And as i work in the service industry and interact with a minimum of 150 customers a day with dozens of daily regulars....I'll be passing the word to use another company as the customer service at Zips leaves quite a lot to be desired.

Did not even clean my car! No pretreat for the bugs...no wheel.or undercarriage treatment. And it did not even dry my car before pushing it out. CLUB CARWASH in Moore is the BEST place I've been, but I thought I'd give this one a try and I wish I hadn't.
