I went in the other day and korbin was super helpful in figuring out what wash was best for me and my budget and my car. As well as telling mr about the different memberships sadly I’m not in this area more or I would get one. Definitely would recommend.

I used the car wash on 6/14/2021. The taillight was ripped off of the car. I've talked to the manager several times with him reassuring me that he will call me when he hears something back from Corporate. 2 weeks later, I was told to get two quotes for replacement of the tail lamp. I did, and I've been waiting to hear from the manager but still nothing it has been 5 weeks and my car still looks like this. No refund, no free washes, just excuses. This is infuriating. I Just Don't Get it!!!! Do not go here !!!!!!These people do not keep their word. and if this is any representation of how Zips runs their business. I will warn everyone UPDATE!!!!Hello again. I've yet to hear from anyone even after I called in and spoke with a young lady named Clarissa. On 8/20/21, she actually took the time and sent out an email to whom she thought would respond to my complaint. It has now been since 6/14/2021 since the damage occured, and I think that your company doesn't care to address my concerns. it only cares about its bottom line, how much money it can make and how much it can keep! Others have complained about damage received due to your equipment and my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. To me.... The Zips Brand doesn't stand for anything! And is a company that does not keep their word ignoring any complaint. I know that I'm just one customer. who spend maybe 100-200 a year with you. But I'll spend my money elsewhere. and will continue to post and tell this story Cedric Johnson

Had a difficult time just getting a receipt. And terrible car wash. Entire front still covered w bugs. Will need to go to another car wash.

Do yourself a favor and bypass this “car wash.” The employee was so thrilled to be there that he came nonchalant lazy walking around the building at 8:15. While there was a line of about 7 cars. He was in no hurry but checked his phone! Not to mention the soap left on my car, and how horribly streaked it was, after paying $15.

This car wash continues to suck. Had a top tier wash & my car was still dirty after going through. Out of the close to 20 vacuums only 6 worked. I went to the attendant & he said they were waiting on a part. You would think they would take the nozzle out of the holder so people know they don't work. He came out & unplugged one of the vacuums (simple fix) so I was finally able to vacuum my car after checking about 10 of them. It looks like the hoses should be checked every day to make sure they are unclogged....but that's just my opinion.

The one on MacArthur and reno great staff. Vacuum not to great . But the one on 27th and Classen one staff member short older guy is the Laziest worker on the team. Won't rise the car before going in to the wash sends the other workers to do the work didn't put out the towels we had to look for those supplies. At 45$ a month the least you could do is make sure what is included in the monthly service is being provided. On time . This was about 930am they open at 8am he also had an Attitude as if we were inconvenience in him for asking. NW. 27TH AND CLASSEN. Do better like your job.

I’m from Texas traveling to see family and I stopped in at zips car wash and Carlos was awesome great attitude. He was upfront and honest with me when I asked a bunch of questions he was patient. I ended up getting a membership thanks Carlos Definitely appreciate it. I own my own business and I would definitely hire him to run any of my stores very professional. I’ll be back for sure.

Don't go here. Poor wash quality. The most expensive I've ever seen for a basic wash. I had to ask the staff multiple times to unscrew my antenna and I've never had to do that at any car wash I've ever been to. Just avoid this place.

Pretty sad car wash. The soap dispensers don’t work properly. I doubt the cleaning ability. No under body sprayers. Tire shine doesn’t work on driver side, only half the tire on passenger side.

Price is good, and they have plenty of locations, but I have yet to go through one where all apparatus functioned, and the one near my house has had more than half the apparatus broken for over 2 years. Told the manager, and he discounted my membership for 3 months, but nothing got fixed. Looking for another wash to subscribe to.

I went there less than a week ago for my free wash. At first, I thought my windows were just fogged over until checking further later that day when one of my riders asked what happened to my car. Something from car wash had gotten all over my car, not just windows. Im an Uber driver and if it hadn't been my rider noticing the entire car, I wouldn't have noticed it until later. Since then, ive tried reaching out by calling the wash team and it keeps saying "no support agents are available to take your call". What, all day??? I just want them to fix this or I will not use their service again.
