It was falling apart One of five vacuums we tried finally worked. The other ones were clogged. They do not offer compressed air. We were being dripped on while trying to vacuum under the awning. They don’t do any kind of prescrubbing like most automatic car washes. The only thing the attendant done was guide us in and then we were all on our own. It costed 45 dollars if you aren’t a member. The vacuuming was free but I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be back.

I'm personally really disappointed in the car wash. I purchased the $13 shine package in hopes to have a clean car. The only parts of my car that look really good are the corners of the car. I know it's only $13 but I just think with those huge brushes and all the good quality soap my car should be much much cleaner than it is. Also the back of the car looks like nothing even touched it. The pictures I have upload are right after the wash.

3/29/20 wash was operable but all it did was rinse the pollen off. This is the 1st time I went through Zips versus Wiki Wiki and I lowered the rating because different solutions are being used and my car still had dirt on the rear bumper and down the side of my vehicle after the wash.

I was disappointed to learn only after purchasing my wash that the vacuums were unavailable. A sign or a quick heads-up from staff beforehand would have saved me (and others I saw in the same situation) from the inconvenience. Clear communication before purchase would greatly improve the customer experience.

Updated review: while my initial experience was pretty bad, & subsequent dealings with customer support were even worse… The site manager Mariana reached out to me personally & was able to find a resolution ..which was unexpected based on my previous interactions with others & meant a lot. I’d probably be willing to give them 1 more shot in the future.

This place costs a little more than other automated car washes and it is not worth the price. Initially when purchasing the wash the man at the front never responded to me when I greeted and thanked him for putting my card in or giving it back to me. The next man the sprayed my window had his ear phones in so he did not hear me speaking, Along with that he spray my window for awhile and then me going through the car wash you can see in the photos my windows did not get clean at all. They also offer free vaccuming with a wash however two of the three in my parking spot were broken so me and the person next to me had to share. Very poor quality especially for the cost, I will not be coming back.

There's only one thing a car wash is supposed to do - wash your car. However, every time I go through Zips there are still dirty spots everywhere. In other words, Zips does a terrible job at washing cars, which is really the only purpose of a car wash. I don't know why they are so much worse than other establishments, but they are significantly worse than everywhere else I've tried.

Don't let them run your card and do the selection for you. I was in a rush with kids in the van, asked for the lowest cost wash and explained I wouldn't be vacuuming or washing the inside. He charged me for the premium wash on the iPad and I had no idea until seeing the charge after. Unethical business.

First the wash service was not well for the price it did not clean my car satisfactory. And on top of that they damaged my car and have yet to even get back to me. There staff even though nice and considerate do not have enough training only in trying to upsell a subpar wash experience.
