I came here on April 20 and it’s been about 30 minutes and the car wash is down. I am highly disappointed because I was looking forward to getting my car washed and on top of that no one was able to rinse off my mats inside of my car. I’m just totally dissatisfied.

Decent place. Best to go during early hours. I am a frequent, almost every sunny weekend, customer and generally have had a good experience here. There are some off days when it gets crowded and dirty. I wouldnt recommend using the brushes on your car. They're in need of replacing. But for a dollar self wash, you cant beat it. Ive never used the automated service but have noticed plenty of people take advantage. Seems to do a decent job but I think the newer laser wash spots are better.

I just put money into vacuum and nothing happened. There is no attendant (at 3:40pm on a Monday), there is no phone number to call about issues. The machine does not say it’s out of order. I spent $1.50 trying to get it to work. Either treat customers better or close. Apparently I am not the first (or likely the last) that will lose money here. Customer beware!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Soap didn't come out of the sprayer or the Foam brush. Figured that out after I put 7$ into the machine. Would not recommend to anyone.

It's under new ownership. I used to go all the time and had a great experience. I go and they went up on the car washes. The coin machine didn't work to pay for the wash. Went through the carwash and my car was still dirty didn't even look like it had been washed. Had spot free and had spots all over the car. It used to have dryers to dry the car and they didn't work or they took them out. I was so disappointed. Spent $8 for nothing. That's the only car wash I would use because it used to be so good. Hope they read these and fix the issues.

Sunday 2/23/2025 I tried using this car was with a credit card and it did not work, never turned on...but it chaged $7 to my card. How do I get my money back??? Update: I called and was told the manager would be at the car wash to help with the refund on Saturday 3/01/2025. No one was there, called again and was told there is never someone present at the car wash and that the manager would be calling me. This is the Worst customer service and I am sure I'm not the only one that has been spammed by their useless credit card machines.

This car wash is living in 2030 very much it’s well kept up very cheap only $1.00 to wash for 3:20 and 75 to vacuum with 2 hoses that gets under the seat and vacuums regular /the only complaint I have is the brushes need to be cleaned regularly the brush had black stuff rub off on my paint but it comes off other wise this is a great car wash.

Today I went to get my car washed and paid $10 cash for the wash. In the middle of the soap soak, the car washed stopped!!! No attendant around!! After sitting there for a few minutes trying to figure out what to do next or if I tried to exit would I damage my car, I drove out with soap still on my car (Lexus). I the preceded to one of your self service car washes and had to pay another $1.50 for 3 minutes of water to rinse my car!! Needless to say, I am pissed!!!! Never again!!!

Things are usually fine if you want to wash your car yourself which is what I usually do. One time I went there stalls were occupied by people drying their cars there instead of pulling out to make room for others to wash their car. Today I went there to use the automated stall for the first time since there is ice in many stalls and I didn't want to deal with that. There are no instructions on how to use the cash system. I inserted $5 then pressed the $5 button but nothing happened. A sign on the side of the building said $6 as the lowest price so I then inserted $1 but nothing happened. The phone numbers listed on the property are for Carolina Storage next door and they claim that they don't own the car wash. Why would the phone number to the storage company (Called Carolina Storage) be on the same property as Carolina Car Wash? There is no way to get in contact with the owner. Management needs to post how customers can get in touch with them. I want my $6 back. It's the principle.
