Got a standard trailer washout on 1/7/22 a little pricey $$80.06 they did a good job as fare as cleaning goes but I guess you pay for convenience and the only washout in the area. Blue Beacon about $37.50. Oh well whatcha gonna do got to have it I carry food. Remember driver's we move the world.Stay safe.

Why does a reefer washout cost $96.08! Everyone was nice but that's absolutely insane! Next time I'll go sit on line at a blue beacon

Every wagon we get back from express has residual caustic in it and requires extra flushing. Most still have material in the outlet for the tanker and the pump inlet and outlet as well. We have gotten several that we’re out right unusable and had to be sent back. This is a daily headache.

So these guys are do very good at their jobs. I brought in a tank that has been hauling latex for the past few months and the place I've been having it cleaned at has not been doing a good job. Here, they took their time to clean it properly removing residue left from many previous cleanings. Thank you for the hard work guys!

Employee knew I was standing at the check in desk and sat down on a chair facing the wash bay instead, I spoke up loudly enough to make my presence known, he couldn’t be bothered since he was watching something on his phone. Management needs to drop these lazy and rude employees.

Been turned away twice. Yesterday turned away after showing up after 5 said they were too busy for me to wait n truck. Told me to come back in the morning and they will take care of me. Show up at 630 and was told that I have to wait on first shift to sho up. I’m not gonna be late to my appointment today. Never had an issue with first shift. Guy with the dreads always great and gets me n fast as possible. Might as well have had it cleaned in Charlotte or go to Shamrock.

Very expensive for a trailer washout $53 and the job done is very mediocre, don’t waste your time at this place. Only did it bc of the rush to go load, just water used not eve soapywater for the price.

These guys did an awesome job on cleaning our tanks! Special shout out to Terry Little and Josh. They got my live wash in and done earlier than expected. They also replaced a gasket on the top hatch for me. I really appreciate them taking the time from a busy schedule to make my day easier!! Thank soooooooo much guys!!

Busy the day I was there, but squeezed in my washout in between all the tanks instead of making me wait over an hour. 👍🏻 Google maps thinks your there about 500 feet to soon. Left a small corner dirty but I was able to scrub/sweep it out once dry.

They don't like washing hoses. Stay on them, eventually they'll do it if you keep asking, but they prefer to wash the hose with the tank Driver's lounge closed on weekends. No soap at sinks. Showers available (Bring your own towel/wash cloth and soap.

This place is a joke. There are no directions, everyone seems like they’re on drugs, and no one is ever inside the booth. I always get an attitude from these girls just for asking them to clean my hoses and fittings. They need to let everyone go and start fresh with people who are actually willing to work. The only way to get service is if you tip them. This location has the lowest-quality crew they could possibly hire.

This place is not open 24 hours like they said I've been here all day Sunday and nobody's here to put me on steam for tomorrow delivery. No one answers the phone.

The third worst tank wash, I've been to. Nobody wants to help you here. Nobody wants to do their job. They take forever for the most simple task. The sad thing is I come here on the. Regular out, not by choice.

Depends on whose working they can be fast or like today slow as molasses. They keep pulling tanks in front of me even though I've been waiting for 2 hours. Here bc I have to be bc there is no other choice for a tank washout in the area but if you have any other option you better take it bc you never know what you are going to get

After confirming with their boss twice, the worker made repeated false claims of previous load, even had the BOL. Apparently they do not know the difference between asphalt and asphalt emulsion! If you're not willing to do the work, why agree and waste everyone's time? Are they smoked?

This place has got some little hills in their lot. Which with the recent ice storm it’s was damn near impossible to get around in their lot. I got washed out there last night and I went down back to find a place to park, because there’s absolutely no room up front to park or other trucks can’t get around. As I was backing into a spot between two other tankers the road from under my front end gave out and it buried the right front. Basically I found a sink hole right in the middle of their lot. I had to call a tow truck and come out and tow me ten feet. It cost me $750 for him to pull me out. My company called their manger and asked if they would be willing to reimburse me for the bill since it happened on their lot and they said nope. They’ve had several trucks stuck there this week and had to be towed out. Yeah they got stuck on ice they didn’t have the road fall out from under their truck. Also I spoke to the employees about it and they said the company has known about the lot down back and that they won’t put any stone down. Needless to say I will not be doing business here again. Which is a shame because they got me washed fairly quickly.
