Not adequate, didn't even seem they stuck a vacuum in between the driver seat and console. Not all surfaces were wiped down and floor mats were still wet when I picked up the car. They charge extra for pet hair which is understandable but I expected they'd do a better job vacuuming for 60 extra.

Jerris is an awesome guy! A true man of integrity! I had not cleaned my car in years, shamefully I admit this, but he came to my work and picked my car up and took on my project. When he brought it back to me, it truly looked l Iike a different car. I was so impressed! It was well worth the money! He stands behind his work and does what he says with great detail and perfection. My husband and entire family was impressed when they saw it! I had forgotten my car was actually white! I’d my car recently detailed here and the service was great. They have different packages covering all your needs starting from basic wash to supreme detail. I’ve spent around $150 and the car was cleaned to my satisfaction including engine and buffing few scratches. You may have to plan to leave the car and come back for pick up as there was not enough space in the office for waiting. I’d to cut a star for that. Except that everything else was great and I would definitely go back when needed.

I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! These guys are extremely nice!! As soon as I pulled up I was greeted! They asked me what I wanted, then proceeded to tell me everything that would be done and the price. They also made sure I knew there would be some wait time. When they were done, they drove my car up and I could literally smell my car from the outside. They are very detailed and thorough. And to put the cherry on top, the offer a variety of specials. I have been coming here for years. Sadly, I was enticed to leave a review after such a horrible experience ELSEWHERE. This is probably the best detailing place you will ever find. Unfortunately, I had to move out of the state so I am not able to continue to come, but won’t hesitate to drive five hours down to NC to come to get my car here because at least I know that it will be up to par and I know that the money I pay is worth it! For the years I have been attending I have never had an issue even if I had to wait at least my car was cleaned and worth the wait. Every single tech does a great job so you don’t have to pick a certain one. I hope this business continues to flourish.

Been here twice since I’ve moved here to Greensboro. Each time disappointed, especially with the reviews. Bugs and dirt left in the grill and headlights, dirt on the wheel creases, and add to that a new scratch after todays visit? Not entirely impressed. Edit to Owner: Complaining about a 1 star review? How about when you asked what I wanted I specifically stated a full detail? How about no mentioning of what the voucher card is worth monetary wise like I’ve lived in Greensboro and used your business all my life? You’re stating this wash was 45$, but charged me $25 after using a 25$ voucher card? I did notice everything with the vehicle before I left, but after having a poor visit the first time, especially paying for the whole detail, why would I bother again? I won’t be called a liar though, good luck to your business.

I took both the truck and my SUV for some much needed pampering. The staff at K&F always treats me like family and a valued customer. The staff always remembers who you are and your usual services. Both vehicles came out super cleaned and cared for. Both vehicles got the In/out With handwax special. They vacuumed the inside, washed and handwaxed the outside, and got the tires so shiny that I could see my reflection it! I tell you the staff at K&F applied that pressure! Go check them out. It's worth the wait.
