My daughter was helping us clean the truck and while vacuuming she accidentally vacuumed the button pictured. We asked Mr.Manuel if he could he could help us recover the button by opening the vacuum bucket and he gladly did. Thank you very much for your great customer service.

Stopped by Zips Car Wash recently and had a really good experience. One of the employees (Nate) stood out — super friendly, helpful, and just had really good energy. You could tell they actually cared about making sure customers were taken care of and that the car came out looking right. It's not every day you get that kind of customer service, so it definitely made the visit memorable. If you’re heading to this location, you’re in good hands.

Manuel was great I did have an issue with my wash. However he made sure everything was corrected before I left.. even offering to hand wipe it… Besides the small issue with the back of my truck not being washed the car wash was great. I usually don’t do google reviews bc if something’s good it’s good but today… whew! The young man Loffery is full of energy & such a gentleman. You can tell he’s new but he’s very knowledgeable when it comes down to the car wash, what’s best for your car & it’s not just simple upselling. He enjoys his job & always has a smile. I want to share my experience with Mr. Everth when I went to get my car cleaned. He was incredibly kind . I had a temporary paper license that needed to be removed and reattached, and he stepped in to help me with that. I truly felt cared for throughout the process. I'm so grateful for his assistance—customer service like that deserves a perfect 10 out of 10!

This was just ridiculous. I just bought the most expensive single plan and got a car wash from this location. Please check the results on the picture. I want my money back, right now! Edit: 3 weeks passed, no action taken yet. Great customer service 👏

My car battery went dead after I finished detailing my car. The attendant Melissa didn’t have any jumper cables but she asked her manager for assistance and another co worker had one and Melissa came over to my car and helped me get my car started. Very nice and professional staff.

THANK YOU Melissa, you're the BEST! Love this location! In my experience they always have their car wash features available: like the mat cleaning station,cleaning rags, spray products and the washing system running without issues. This is always a super plus for me as I'm continually on the move. Came in to update our vehicles info and Melissa heard my need and said "no worries I have you covered!" In and out in no time.
