What an absolute pleasure doing business with Joe and his team. Joe showed up on time and ready to work. We were fortunate enough to have Joe do both our cars on the same day and the final results really are a flawless deep cleaning. They took care of all the annoying nooks and crannies that seem to accumulate dirt and debris and had all of their equipment with them. They even super treated my windshield and the rain beads right off. This team is a must for someone that appreciates attention to detail by a conscientious team. I cannot speak for their car cleaning services as I never was able to receive them. I can however, speak for the customer service. Upon booking I reserved the highest package for my wife as a gift for mothers day. I received a call from the owner and he was extremely polite and informed me that somehow the system allowed me to double-book with another customer for the 8am slot on May 24th. Not a problem, we coordinated possibly doing it after that client around noon or later depending on the time it takes at the first job. On May 24th I called the owner at approximately 1pm and left a message asking if we were still good for our appointment and when we could expect his team. I got a text about 30 minutes later explaining that one truck was in bad cell reception area so they did not receive my call and another truck broke down. He informed that we would need to reschedule (which was a little off putting since we already did after the double booking). I understand that things happen though and asked when we can reschedule. I never received a reply or a phone call to reschedule any service. I'm not sure what happened, all I know is that I am now looking for a different company to replace the gift my wife was eager to receive for mothers day. Hopefully my experience was just a one off random fluke, but it put a bad taste in our mouths for a new customer.
