We have a car that has sat for over a year, White Rose detailing detailed the inside and outside and the car looked and smelled like brand new. The job that was done here was simply fantastic. At his suggestion we got an Ozone treatment to get rid of the wet musty smell the car had taken on, Brandon came out to our house multiple times to make sure that treatment was successful in eliminating the smell. Advice well taken, and well worth it. When it was all completed we Brandon had discovered the source of the musty smell, a leak somewhere in the cabin has been letting water pool under the floor carpet. Not only did Brandon go out of his way to try and track down the source but he has offered to take care of everything again after we resolve the leak issue. I cant thank them enough, way way above and beyond. Fantastic people, and a pleasure to do business with even under potentially more difficult circumstances.

Brandon was phenomenal. He went above and beyond with getting my mini van sparkling. This was no small feat as I have 6 children, 3 of which are still are in car seats, and I had spilled an entire Strawberry smoothie all over the floor in my 2nd row weeks ago. He was courteous, nice, competively priced, and thorough. I will definitely be using his services again.

Brandon detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle he was very professional and on time. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied not only did he come to my house to detail my vehicle he took my car mats home to shampoo because they were pretty bad, and then brought back the next day. Brandon did an amazing and phenomenal job on detailing my car. He went above and beyond my expectations. My car has never been detailed, therefore I had stains on the roof of my car and stains on my carpet I thought would never come out. After Brandon detailed my car it looked brand new like off the dealers lot. Brandon was awesome. The mazda looks like it was just driven off the lot. The service was for an interior detail and its flawless. During the scheduled appointment, an a rainstorm hit and our appointment had to be rescheduled. Brandon was accommodating and we quickly agreed upon a continued appointment date. He came back and finished the detail. The end result is breathtaking so I would absolutely recommend White Rose Auto Detailing.

I got a GroupOn for a full detail/clean inside and out for our 2011 Volvo xc60 that we no longer use and wanted to sell. From the beginning the communication with Brandon was excellent - they came to our house a few days after we booked the services and they did an outstanding job. They were here literally all day in the 85 degree sun but didn't skip a beat and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect before they left. Your detail to every single part of the car inside and out was amazing… Stains on the seats that I never thought would come out… They look brand new. The exterior of the car is exceptionally spotless… Even able to get out white marks from scrapes up against Who knows what. I used Brandon to detail my car and was extremely happy with the results. Now I can proudly walk to my car like it belongs to me and not like I borrowed it because it was so dirty. The restored my car to its original condition. He came earlier than the appointment time and he came to me so it made it convenient for me. Price was also very decent. I want to start off by saying they did a great job detailing the interiors of 2 of our vehicles. We were scheduled for an exterior wash of the vehicles as well but it was starting to rain as they finished up the interiors and so we rescheduled for the next day. We paid for the exterior wash as well since we weren’t going to be home the next day to pay. They never showed and we attempted to reschedule several times with them no-showing a second time and then never replying to our messages. We then asked for a refund for the exterior car wash portion but that message was ignored as well and we were never refunded, even though we didn’t receive the service.

They did an amazing job on our vehicles on very short notice! And the added convenience of coming to our home. My husband’s truck is huge and probably not the easiest to clean, so it doesn’t get done very often and was very dirty. Our daughter thought it was a brand new truck afterwards! Price was very reasonable! Will definitely be using again.
