Good Rutters with sizeable lot easy to enter unlike on Mt. Rose. Rutters needs to give rewards points for beers and wine and cigs as this is a consistent purchase for people

I ordered Jumbo dogs with chilly and cheese and they gave me regular dogs. Not the first time this happened I suggest always looking at what they give you. Very dishonest.

First time I have had a problem with this particular site! 1. The rest rooms were horrid with the smell of urine permeating throughout! Trash over flowing 2. As many a 10 food item had ran out! The employee said the manager let a trainee or for the store and that the trainee screwed up! 3. One employee walking around I told the her about the restroom she didn't respond nor acknowledge me!

Don't waste your money on the car wash. The ten dollar "touchless wash" left obvious stripes of dirt on the side of my truck. You can choose to pay 2 dollars more for the brush wash which is probably much better quality. However, I was intentionally looking for a decent brushless carwash and this is not it.

The extra plus would not give me the spot free rinse to get the wax of my car.We then had to go inside and tell the cashier he gave us a code to put in for touchless. We then went through one more time and it re-waxed the car for the touchless. A worker came out and had to rinse it for us.To finally get the wax off.

Stopped in today got snack wrap and poppers 11 bucks and the wrap looks like crap just thrown together willy nilly won't close just a complete mess you need to get ur kitchen in order this isn't the first time for this and it wasn't even busy. not worth what I paid and I'm a regular I visit almost everyday multiple times

Went in to cash a lottery ticket, I was clearly bothering the young lady at the register who was on her phone. I had a winner and she didn't seem to want me to look at other tickets. I took the cash and left. Sorry I bothered your staff...

Orderd food, waited. They started to make my steak wrap, but didnt have the hot bins full, so now im waiting for them to make the ingredients . Half my wrap was assembled sitting on the counter getting cold as they make the rest. After 20 mins. I had left. Not the first time i have gone to this location and they were not prepared to serve customers. 12/22/2021. 6:00 pm.

Whenever leaving the East York end of town I always stop here. It’s always pretty clean, service if your getting food is fast, and the staff is always nice and friendly. Definitely one of the nicer gas stations in my books.

I stop here often on my way to work but my food has been made incorrectly on more than 1 occasion. There's a male cashier that has the personality of a rock. Not personable at all. I've seen employees with no masks and almost all the customers come in with no mask. I stop at a different rutters if I have time and the atmosphere is completely different. Friendlier people, better food, cleaner store. Maybe people need retrained.

the singular person that runs the kitchen during the night shift when the dreaded people like me come in and order for our house deserve a raise. nothing will compare to the guilt, but cudos to this guy for not cussing us out. same for the lovely girl at the counter. she’s always so sweet even if the nights going bad. yall do amazing. food service sucks. thank u for doing stuff no one wants to do, especially alone :)

Gas is always expensive here. And it’s mostly locals. So the people who helped get Rutters where they are get screwed and pay the highest prices.
