👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I had to give a star to be able to post. I would give no stars if it were possible. I used the touch less $12 option. Touch less is the best way to describe the end result. My car looks just as dirty as it did before I went through. I had typical dust and road dirt, no caked on mud or anything like that. This is THE WORST car wash I have ever been to. I would love to get my $12 back, but don’t know how to go about that.

I came here today, because last year the Laundromat was super clean.. My son and I were amazed to find everything a mess; a puddle of water and every trash can overflowing. We won't be back.

This was truly the worst carwash I've ever used. I bought the most expensive choice & my car was just as dirty when it was done. If you want a psychedelic soap show, it's fine, but other than that, it's useless & very disappointing.

We love the new automatic wash! This is by far, the best car wash around. Suggestion: dry slowly going in to it and even slower coming out to get the most benefit. Dean

Convenient to me that I can quickly spray off my car to get it cleaned. Price isn’t too bad and it’s never a wait to get in and get out.

NOT HAPPY.... Everytime I go here there is an item purchased that is not received, wether it be air freshener a dry towel or simply not receiving change after putting a 5 dollar bill in or so. I had moved the trash can next to my car "not an unusual thing to do" this is a car wash after all" the man working there said "hey what do you think you're doing" I simply replied that I was throwing trash away and I'd move the trash can closer to the car to make it convenient... He said not to do that and to move the trash can back where it was ....and I could throw out my trash at the dumpster around the back... What kind of service is this! Before I could turn around he had already moved the trash can back to where it was and said he just emptied it and couldn't be bothered... I was also getting change in the laundry mat because the change machines at the car wash never work and have screwed me before..... I dealt with the same ignorant man who was now on the inside of the laundromat and said can't you use the car wash dispensers this is the laundromat. He was disrupting every single experience I was having today and making it very unpleasant.. I told him no because every time I use it I get ripped off... He rudely replied "what do you want me to do about it I just work here...." Needless to say my entire day was ruined and I'm never going back... Avoid at all costs... Buyer beware.... Just a bunch of rude money grubbing people

Horrible car wash I used my credit card at machine says 3.50 for 7 minutes and I put one time and it took me up to 28 minutes. Basically a scam I called the number as directed and left a voice-mail of my issuies. While there asking others how to shut down the car wash and this other gentleman told me the car wash scammed out of 30$ the same way it did me. Unacceptable for a buisness to not respond for one to an unhappy costumer much less continue to scam people. Would never recommend

The washer jammed and wouldn't let me put my last 3 quarters in. I called to ask them if they could look at it and was told maybe tomorrow. I used the last of my detergents and money. My pods busted all over my clothes when I added my liquid fabric softener. Now I have to take soapy dirty clothes home and figure out how to get them clean for work tomorrow. Very unprofessional business, I will not be coming back and I urge other to not come here.

I used this car was twice. The first time I didn't think much about the cost until I had used it the second time. It says 3.50 for 7 minutes so I did that too times because it should could up and charge you how much time you used. But after the 7 minutes was up I pushed the button two times to make it give me 2 extra minutes. Fine. But how is my bill 16 dollars? 2 3.50 charges equal 7 dollars so that means it cost 8 dollars for a 2 minute Increase. No 😅 👎

The self wash bays are horrible seems something is always empty soap wax etc. The touch less bay is my go to for maintenance washing. The car wash on queen st in dallastown is best for self washing The bays are almost always clean product is always full and you get extra wash time when you insert $5 or more

It's very clean. Downside is the machines like to eat your money. It sucks going in with a certain amount of change. And then it being stolen from the machine. I wish they would fix stuff like that. Other than that it's pretty awesome. I do enjoy their video game that they have set up.

I used the carwash. The machine itself starts counting time before it works There are no clear instructions to use the machine. Upon visiting the individual in charge for assistance, he showed me the proper method to use the machine and gave me a dollar for my worries (by that point, I had lost approximately 5 dollars). I only had two minutes to work with the pressure washer, which was so weak that it didn't remove dirt from the car. When I placed the dollar the owner gave me, the machine requested $2.50 more as the dollar only went covered part of $3.50, which I was definitely not paying again. Also, the only lighted button in the whole machine charges more from your card when you press it automatically, no questions made(guess what you will do without proper instructions, one glowing button and the machine counting down time). After not having learned my lesson, I paid 16 dollars for their spotless carwash, and my car left just as dirty as it arrived. Do not waste your time. This place is more of a scam than a service provider.

Miss the old owner. At least the place stayed clean because someone was in here everyday cleaning it or fixing the machines. It’s gone down hill since new owner took over. Only good thing is the two new washers and two new dryers.

Tried the car cleaning service in Red Lion at White Dove for Car Wash and was really impressed. My car looked super clean inside and out. Friendly staff and great service.

Came in to do two loads of laundry. Put $3.50 in a machine that was NOT marked out of service. It didn’t work! So I lost $3.50. UPDATE: The owner gave me a refund so upgrading to 3 stars. Still a lot of machines out of service.

Just used the touchless auto wash for the first time there. I will say i had to move a cone that was on the corner in order to even drive in. Had to look at the selection machine to make sure it was even working. Once I drove in I saw this small stick that started spraying a bit of water around the car. I was hoping it wouldnt hit the car but all went well. Once everything got going I will say I was satisfied. Spot free rinse was just that and It did get my car clean. I cannot speak for those who had bad experiences since my car was not extremely dirty, but I do not think a touch free wash is built for cleaning extremely dirty cars in one pass. In terms of someone who goes to wash once a week at least or every two this will do well. So take this review as you will but I will return. It was not bad at all. I am trying out the monthly pay service.
