Ziebart really took great care of my truck. They rust proofed and Rhino lined my bed, rockers and underside. They quoted me a price that no one could even come close to and exceeded my expectations with there quality. The owner john is very hands on and was there to answer any questions that i had. I just went back a week later to have my fender flares Rhino lined and they gave me even better deal for being repeat customer. Top notch outfit all the way around.

Had a tint job done on my car. Process was simple, scheduling was quick, and got my car back on the same day. Staff was nice and inviting even though I was in at the end of the day for pickup.little detail that reminds you not to roll down your window was a life saver. Several times I almost accidentally rolled it down before it was safe. Great job!

When I bought my car in 2003, I had it diamond glossed by Ziebart on S Main St, after 12 years I had it diamond gloss and detailed today. My car looks brand New, and the customer service is just as great. Both John's who own and manage Ziebart are the niceness gentlemen I have ever chatted with in a men's environment. They truly make a women feel comfortable and at home, while in there place of business. John ask me if I would like a cup of coffee and make me my own cup, how nice is this?? John took the time to answer all of my questions/ concerns and never make me feel uncomfortable being around other men. I needed a ride home while my car was getting a diamond gloss/detail for the day, that was not a problem either, one of there employee's drove me home and we also enjoyed a nice conversation. Dustin was very polite and safely made sure I got home. I have been a customer of Ziebart for years, my car is 12 years old and it looks brand New! I would never ever go anywhere else in this town other than Ziebart, and I hope you do not either. I must agree John is the best!!!!! John is so funny and he treats everyone with the utmost respect. Being a woman myself I truly love when a man makes a woman feel special no matter what environment they are in.. Thank you John I will be back to see you soon...

After a car accident the body shop sent me to Ziebart for an interior detail after two failed attempts to clean it themselves. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism as well as the detailed clean. Words cannot describe, the car looks brand new! They even found money between the seats that I didn’t know I had and let me know. Will definitely use them in the future and strongly recommend their services!

Bought a package deal. First treatment they missed a bunch of spots with the undercarriage on undercoating. Last treatment I don’t believe they actually did the diamond gloss that i paid for, pretty sure it was only waxed. The rear of my car looks like it has never received any treatment at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Counter guy seemed shady and others working there as well.

We discovered moisture had gotten into our Honda Odyssey minivan third row seats which were down. The tailgate must have not been closed all the way. When we lifted the seat there was surprising mold. The contacted Ziebart and spoke with John. It was very encouraging and informative. My son dropped the car off they did a timely awesome job. The car looks like new.

Recently had them install the remote start for me instead of paying Toyota an $80 fee every year for remote start access. The process was great! They were very responsive and had my appointment scheduled in seconds. They answered all my questions and my wife and I love the remote start.

Ordered a Ranch truck cap through this Ziebart location with a cross arm rack installed on the top. Poor quality control on ranch and ziebart end. Scuff mark's where every screw was done for the rack. 3 months and multiple phone calls and stops at their shop and they have still not done anything to fix the problem. Not even a paint pen to fix where they scratched the black off with the chuck. Had plans for a lot more work through these guys but will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others to do the same. Poor customer service.

they got my remote start installed and showed me how to use it, which was really nice as I've never had one before. the one guy did just seem to kind-of stare at me blankly at first when I came to pick my car up, but he did a good job explaining afterwards. their location can be hard to find if youre coming from the south, as there is a big tree next to the sign. but they do have two entrances, so if you miss the first you can still get in.

Initial job they did a good job. But during the year some flaked off. Called them up and said it required yearly maintenance. Took it in for a touch up, paid the fee, doesn't look like they touched it. Reached out with photos and they never responded.

I took my husband’s truck in because he’s deployed and I wanted to surprise him with a nice and clean Truck. Well… they called me when the truck was ready, almost when it was time to close, so I got there, checked the truck, just like seats, doors, very superficial and it seemed good to me. I went back home, parked the truck and I didn’t drive it after week an a half that I got the detailing, how I said, I didn’t even wanna use it until my husband get home, after all, the surprise was for him. However, I have a kid and that’s the only one that has a car seat and when I was gonna use it, I found out that the dashboard plastic was broken, hard to see at first glance, you really need to be looking deeply at it. I took pictures and sent an email to them, telling them the situation, well… I waited 2 days and didn’t hear anything from them, so I decided to call them and the owner wasn’t there but I got a call back, again… I repeated everything that I put in my email, just to found out they got my email but since they couldn’t open the pictures, they just decided to ignore it… he did tell me to send more pictures but instead of it, I took the truck as soon as I got home from work and drove to the shop, they checked it out, they said they were going to investigate, and let me know. 2 days after, I called them again, trying to get answered and they were mean, they said neither of their employees did it, (because of course someone was gonna admit it lol), and basically blamed me because I waited almost 2 weeks to recall it, which it’s a lie, it was 5 business days, and the only reason why they “were investigating”, it was because I called, after all, they decided to ignore my email instead of asking for the pictures or trying to reach out to me for more details… you know? After all, a good experience as a customer starts before the service, during the service and after the service… and I didn’t get any warranty of their service done, instead of it, the guy was acting mean and saying they were gonna keep investigating, because he didn’t have any idea how that could happened, he was gonna checked their cameras and keep investigating until I forget I guess… I’m wondering if they clean everything with towels and hand, and no equipment… but again… they charged me 270$ for it, but now I also gotta take care of my broken dashboard plastic too, but they don’t try to keep customers, they must have a lot of business. I was just a disappointment wife who wanted to do something cute for her deployed husband. So be careful if you are getting any service, if something happens to your vehicle, they’re probably just ignore you.
