My Friend bought me 2 pr of shorts on thursday june 3rd at about 8:30 pm. 1 a size med. And 1 a size lg. I tried on the medium which fit fine, the lg pair I took to the store with my receipt and the tag still attached to them. Never put them on. The Cashier smelled the shorts Denied my refund. Then the other Cashier called the Store Manager. I was told I would not be able to get my money back due to Covid. I've been fully Vaccinated since March 30th. Not to mention, There is no sign nowhere in this Store that states not returnable. How are you supposed know if no one mentions it at the time of Purchase. It was very belittling for this Cashier to smell the shorts with other People standing in line.

The young lady at the register was extremely rude! I paid with a $100 bill and she proceeded to tell me that she did not have change in her register to break the bill. I then asked her was there a supervisor that was able to get change for her. She acted clueless, as if she did not know what I was asking her. This is a pretty simple question which only requires a yes or a no answer. I also forgot to mention that there were 2 other young ladies working with her as well. One of the ladies sat and ate potato chips behind the register and told me I would have to wait for change at least 5 minutes. The othe3 young lady was walking around the store. After requesting again to see if there was change as I was running late and didn't have time to stop at another store, she finally did. Not only did she have change for my $100 bill she traded out other bills in her drawer as well. Customer service is at an all time low. Another business in my area that I will no longer shop app. What a shame.

My son and his dad stopped at the store to get diapers for my baby. My 3yo had to pee as he's just newly potty trained. The cashier wouldn't let him a 3yo use the bathroom so he ended up peeing himself while in line Infront of everyone in the store. I'm very upset and won't be shopping at any family dollar around here again. How can you let a 3yo pee himself instead of using the bathroom his dad even asked if it was at all possible. The cashier wouldn't budge. Very disappointed. My 3yo came home crying because he peed Infront of people on himself.

The store web site says this location closes at 10pm but upon arrival we were yelled at and told that we have two minutes before the store closes. Not even three steps into the first aisle the lady at the register informs us that now we only have 1 minute. All I wanted was ketchup but instead I got an ear full, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience I caused the workers at this location by coming in two minutes before closing after I thought closing was at 10.

Its a nice little store but needs more variety in arts n crafting supplies and more home decor would be nice. The only complaint I have is the outside of the store is so unpleasant and very very trashy. It's embarrassing.... It makes the neighborhood look very bad please clean this up and make it more inviting and pleasant to shop at.

The men that work their are awesome. Their is a woman there that everyone can do without. Very rude, loud, refused to help the men and was constantly going off about how she doesn't have to help. If it wasn't for the men I wouldn't go back.

I recently visited the Family Dollar store, and despite its location in a less desirable part of town, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The store was surprisingly clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. One aspect that impressed me was the selection of products available. Despite the store's size, it managed to offer a wide range of items, making it convenient for all my shopping needs. Whether I was looking for household essentials, groceries, or basic clothing items, I was able to find what I needed without any difficulty. Overall, I had a positive experience at Family Dollar. The cleanliness, organization, and friendly staff made me feel comfortable and satisfied with my visit. Despite its location, this store proves that it's possible to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Don’t go here 15 minutes before they close , they pick and chose who goes in and gets to shop last minute. Whoever is working and doing that it is not good for business they should be fired ! After all it’s because of customers why you even have a job in the first place!

I went in to buy some odds and ins. Their selection is not that great and some things are kinda pricey. The employees there are not that friendly they are more worried about somebody having a big purse and walking in than anything else . The store is always pretty tidy. I would much rather go to Dollar General but family dollar is so much closer
