I then asked about a specific item, only to be told they didn’t carry it. However, minutes later, my brother found exactly what I had been looking for on the shelf, contradicting what Ethan had just told me. This experience left me questioning the service standards here. Ethan’s attitude conveyed a clear lack of concern, as if he had no interest in helping customers or representing the business. Service like this reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole, and I strongly suggest addressing it to ensure future customers receive the attention and support they deserve
