They have a touchless car wash that is reasonable, plus 4 bays for self wash. Vacuum cleaners work good out front. Good place.

Worst car wash in northglen. WARNING. My car looked worst then it did when I pulled in. Sprayers are messed up. Took my change it. The tire cleaner didn't work. The brunch didnt work. Huge pot holes everywhere. Dirty car wash. Just a rear dump.

I thought we had a strange experience here until I read the reviews and it's seems like a common occurrence for the owner to harass the customers. My fiancee and I took both of our cars to vacuum and wash. We parked both of our cars and no one else was there. We started on the first car and vacuumed it out. We started wiping down the interior of the car and we had been there maybe 20 or 25 minutes and a guy starts walking towards us. He asked if the other car was mine and I asked if he needed me to move it, even though there were still vacuums open. He asked if we were washing and vacuuming our cars and we said yes. He then told us he was going to go check his cameras acting as if we were doing something wrong. I asked the guy what the problem was and why he felt he needed to check his cameras. He said this was his property and he could do what he wants. We used to go here all the time because it's never busy and I see why. The owner is off his rocker! Also the credit card machines over charge you if you pay by card! Do not come to this sketchy run down place.

My wife and I came here to wash both of our vehicles. I did the electric wash $8 while my wife vacuumed out her car then pulled up to self wash & I pulled behind her to wait for her to wash the vehicle (There are crazy people in this world so I wait for my wife) The owner came out of nowhere treating us like junkies saying we are taking too long & that he has been watching us on camera and I told him we paid our hard earn money and my family of veterans allows me to wait while my wife washes her car. The owner flipped me off said " F" Veterans" and "F" You". My wife and I were so disrespected we were more than happy to leave. Don't recommend STAY AWAY the owner has lost his mind.

Don’t go. There’s another spot right down the street! I’ve actually come here regularly for a few years, I’ve chatted with people working. Never again. Today the change machines didn’t work, vacuums barely worked then I moved to a wash bay and things got creepy. After spending $5 vacuuming I moved to the wash bay. Cold day, no one waiting so I sat in my car a few mins fixing a car seat with my son in the passenger. A man approached us asking if we’re here for a car wash. I said yup, that’s why I’m at the car wash, can I help you? He looked like he might panhandle. He was standing out side my car door window maskless. I said is there a problem, I’m fixing something, is that ok. He said NO, he’s the OWNER and people stay too long and if I have a problem with him... I rolled up my window and left. Don’t approach people if you have no people skills especially women alone in the car wash.

The vacuums work well and the area is kept clean. They have 4 self wash bays and 1 automated car wash. The basic wash did not clean my car at all and left it with spots all over it so I subitted a refund request and within 2 hours I received a phone call with an apology along with my refund. The $7 super wash is the only wash that dries your car (for 55 seconds) afterwards and cleaned my car well.

I drove here to vacuum my car, change machine doesn't work, nobody here, wasted 30 minute of my life. Don't waste your time. Companies like these need to go under so someone who wants to work hard has this space to make an effort
