Use caution. When tugging on card reader to see if it’s a phony one, the entire front of pump opened exposing all internal parts to me. I told attendant about problem so she just went out and put red inspection tape back and went inside. I don’t know if anything shady was going on or just a broken lock so I left. Use caution here....

Horrible. Lousy and RUDE. I went to pay for gas and the guy said "really?' Because I handed him 40 dollar bills. Like excuse me?!? You are suppose to be friendly and have good customer service. He apologized and said he was just having a bad day. But then he wouldn't turn my pump on and made me walk back inside to tell him to turn it on. An older RUDE MAN. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HIM. SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm tired to and just worked all day. Totally uncalled for.

Called in and tried to ask about pricing on a particular product. I Was told “I can’t talk about that product or pricing” and he hung up the phone. I work in the customer support industry and that was the worst customer interaction I’ve ever heard. Get better employees because that is ridiculous. Never shop here

Ferry rude, they could say please and thank you once in a while instead of just yelling at you to move your vehicle. The prices are always higher here it's not worth it go somewhere else.

Week after week I let the clerics know that the price listed isn’t the same as what comes up at the register but there is never any change. Most of the time they have the excuse that they don’t have time or it’s because of taxes. If something is listed as 2.50$ rings up 2.75$ plus taxes to be 3.00$++ then there is a serious math issue or it’s just theft. Taxes are taxes, theft is theft no matter how you look at it inability to do simple math and stealing from customers is the same thing

Life saver only place I couldn’t find on a snowy day the hand the window juice!!! (Window shield washer fluid). Normal I don’t procrastinate but after stopping at 2 other stores before work on a snowy day the had stock up on the goods.

Air pump broken and much too short. Caused $4500.00 worth of damage to car trying to get air into the tire. Guy in store came out to watch instead of offering to help. Guess he was too busy playing with phone. Was 4 AM in the morning no one else was there.

Drove in with a slightly low tire after dark on a Sunday night. Air pump was (apparently) broken but not labeled, and drained the remaining air out, leaving me stranded with a flat, in the darkest corner of the parking lot. Little girl clerk inside looked like a robbery-sex-crime waiting to happen (16, maybe, working nights alone?! What kind of boss would put her in that kind of situation?!), gave me the "oh, no, that's rough" but no help whatsoever. No contact information on the company who owns the defective machine, no possibility of a refund of my wasted money, no suggestions for roadside assistance, only "my manager works 6am-2pm." Um, great. We'll just sleep in the car in your parking lot overnight, on top of our perishable groceries, until he gets in tomorrow morning, hmm? I looked up the phone number, which didn't work, so can't even tell them to put a *bleeping* OUT OF ORDER sign on the air pump. It's not just "broken", it's a *bleeping* SAFETY HAZARD. I only try to give positive reviews, but this appears to be the only way to warn anyone away from screwing themselves royally if they just need a top-off on their air pressure!

Their bathroom is always out of service. The sign says temporarily, but it is permanent. They should put signs on the gas pumps saying the restroom is out of order so that we can choose to get our gas elsewhere.

I come here because it's convenient and close to I-25 on my way to Denver, but if I don't have to stop here I'll go to another gas station. One of the women who works here is always, and I mean always, in a bad mood no matter what time of day. She never greets you, barely acknowledges you. She's horrible. Another employee who is also a woman smokes cigarettes right outside the door where customers walk through and the smoke goes into everyone's face.

Can someone please show the gentleman (kind of older, dark skin and looks like Hispanic) how to let the customer to manually input reward card number when they forgot the reward card, I can manually input at pump when pay by credit/debit but in that day I only have cash and want to collect my point but he couldn't find the way to let me input my phone for reward card, he cancelled pump and let me move to different pump but still don't know how to let me input my reward phone, that day I would have collected 320 points on purchases...train before put him in action please and he need to know different ways to input reward member id or phone. He even asked me if I have ever manually input before! I think that's stupid question.

Just on my way to work. Had to stop and use the bathroom. Lady comes and yells at me, tells me I have to hand over my backpack. And then tells me I can't come back because I refuse to give her my backpack. That's fine I won't come back but just know that is very rude customer service and I don't have to do as you say just because you come yelling at me very disrespectful. I did nothing wrong but go in use the bathroom and leave then I get yelled that to hand over my backpack what a joke! Was my first time there and will be my last

Based on the rudeness of the employees based on other reviews, I would not be surprised if many of the employees over here are basically ripping off customers. I bought a couple of items and obviously each item's price in the computer is higher than what is labeled. That's bait and switch. Apparently the cashier doesn't understand and he really doesn't care. I really think that this place needs to close down or get new management because they are doing many things wrong. Just because they're located right off of a highway does not mean that they are automatically a profit center if they are gouging people unethically. I will never come here again.

Alexandria was the most kindest and very amazing girl. If they had a zero rating I would rate this sort of zero. The store owner and managers have an issue with LGBT members due to them harassing me in the store I will never go back. First thing this lady did was call me sir. These people need customer service skills, I have referred them to the BBB as a "F" rating. These people are discriminatory and I really need to be shut down. The independent owner that owns the store call Mom I would like to hear back from you. Due to the facts of the high level of disrespect, I will be initiating other legal avenues against this company. I'm calling out all LGBT members of the community to boycott this business as it is unsafe for anybody on LGBT.
