I would not recommend this place. There is nowhere to park while you wash your dog. The owner was very rude when I had to park by a vacuum. He told me he was losing revenue. Like losing revenue on a $0.25 vacuum?? You lost $20 not letting me park there to wash my dog. This was at 9:30am. The place was dead! There were 4 other vacuums open. I found a much cleaner and better place on 128th and Grant. They have better parking too! I highly recommend going to 128th and Grant to wash you dog. This owner is a jerk.

This is the actual worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had. The machine ate one of my dollars and first he stuck his finger up disregarding the fact that I needed help because he was on the phone. Then he so rudely handled the situation that HIS machine caused. He said “ how about you don’t block my bay so I can make another dollar I have kids to put through school” then handed me my change so rudely. His whole demeanor was horrible and I was literally trying to give him business. Maybe try to be a kinder person😊.

I love this place and still do love it. Always clean. Got to meet the owner and his kid when I had my big tool truck. Everything usually works. I switched to this car wash because all of the other car wash places had really low limpy pressure out of the hose. Today I went to wash my car and it now has low pulsing pressure through the hose. I thank you for having the services and I'd love to keep supporting you guys. I'm sure this is for a reason other than making money. I'll change the rating if this is fixed but if not I'm going to have to switch again.

Owner called the cops on me after 5 minutes because I wasn't spending money fast enough for his standards 🙄. This place is dangerous and does not deserve a cent out of any of you.

It’s pretty good. Only things I don’t like about the auto wash. You gotta drive onto that tiny pressure plate , it’s so narrow. The under body blast is a bit short in time and distance also. Most the reason I go is for the underbody wash so it doesn’t get rusty. Not a bad wash though, happy with my membership 3 months in.

The Wash is great when it works. I try to keep my Truck as clean as possible and try to go Daily if I can. I’m currently a monthly subscriber to the premium wash club and lately I’ve been considering finding a new car wash solely on the fact that I’ve continually received poor customer services from the owner. In the wash bay they post a sign that clearly states “If there is a problem call” because I go so often I’ve called numerous times if one of the features on the wash are not operating correctly. I feel like maybe it’s wearing on the owner, because every time I call it seems like he’s becoming more and more rude. Like it’s my fault his wash bay isn’t working correctly. Face to face, I feel like we get along. I’ve gone so much I’ve become pretty well acquainted with (Gerald) the wash Tech and he is super friendly and nice to talk to. The wash itself rating is right around 4 out of 5 (because it doesn’t work all the time) BUT, (Lee) the Owner would probably receive a 1 out of 5 from me, simply because the way he treats his long time customers. It’s almost like he doesn’t want my money every month.

Ran by a couple men who would have been employed in the Germany army. Absolutely rude, invasive, threatening, belittling and instead of literally waiting for my vacuum to finish he pulled the hose out and "politely" asked me to move. I said give me thirty seconds to let me finish and I'd be more than happy to move. Nobody was waiting behind me, but apparently I was parked in the wrong spot. I didn't understand the rush since I knew I was almost done but he quickly called called the cops without attempting any other form of conflict resolution, AND lied to them saying I was being threatening. I told him, you know it would have been nice of you to ask me to move before I just unloaded everything from the car and started the vacuum. All he kept saying was "well I'm asking you to move now, I'm asking you to move now" talking down on me as if I was a 1950s housewife whos not allowed to speak." Sir, can you please step back so I CAN load my car, you're being invasive and standing too close to my car (mind you my child is in it,) which now he saying he feared for his life and needs to stand close. I verbally told him several times I felt uncomfortable and he needed to step back. And all he said is well Im asking you to leave you're tresspassing, I'm asking you to leave". If he would have, as a business owner, or as a man, just stepped away a few feet he wouldn't and been invasive and I would load up faster. Even after telling him that, and him still not stepping back, I knew in my head that if we were alone he would have not been "polite". I wanted to wait for the cops he "called" but I would have been late for school and didn't like how quickly he escalated the situation already. Especially ladies, stay away, I dont think he realized I was a spit fire, but keep the look out for vulnerable females around this place. P.s. I forgot to mention I asked for a refund since he pulled the hose out and obviously he's too much of a jerk to caugh up the 1.00 he stole. Horrible business etiquette

This is a great idea for a dog wash.I have a 110 lbs labradane. Needed a bath for him since my normal location was booked. Easy and convenient. Cash,coin or card are the accepted forms of payment. $10 =10 min to start. Can add additional time as needed. The timer starts right away so get settled in first before adding payment. Bring your own towel if your fur pup doesn't like the blow dryer and/or for the drive back home to protect vehicle seats. I used my own shampoo yet you can press the buttons on the right to select the shampoo, conditioner, water ect ... Note for larger fur pups there isn't room to turn around in the tub so I had to get him in and out to switch sides for scrubs and rinsing. You can only work from one side so just keep in mind as your on a timer. Disinfectant is available and I waited to use the last 2 min to rise the tub while Country waited by the door. That was about the right amount of time to get everything done for sanitation. Happy Washes !

I tried out Spot Wash after a winter storm left my car covered with dirt and mag chloride. Usually, I like to wash the car myself, but I opted to use an automatic bay since I had my young son with me. I purchased the highest level wash (~$14, included self-serve vacuum use). Management clearly takes pride in maintaining the property, signage was clear (and abundant), and the equipment looked new. Now onto the wash...I was pleased with the undercarriage rinse (especially since that's not something I can do myself), and the rocker panel wash was powerful. Automatic car wash technology and sensors must have advanced recently because this wash did a great job of getting the spray wands close to the car without touching it (one of my pet peeves is spray wands too far away to do any good. This wash worked well and got the whole car very clean..no "you missed a spot" thoughts. The dryers weren't as "wind blasting the car at 100 miles per hour" as I've experienced before, but it wasn't an issue because the car dried spot-free. All in all, a great wash for a fair price. I'll be back.

Owner will call the cops on you if you stand still for more than 30 seconds. STAT FAR FAR AWAY AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! Never have I been put in such a ridiculous and potentially dangerous situation, the owners must be schizophrenic, they do not have good intentions and this place should be avoided at all costs.

I was charged 41 dollars to merely wash and air dry my car, no prices were posted before hand making me displeased with how much I was charged after because I never would have paid that! Not to mention after 17 minutes of air drying it still was this wet resulting in me having to hand dry it...does it look dry to you? Than in the middle of me cleaning my vehicle on a facility that is open 24houra...suddenly someone came over the speaker threatening to call the cops and set off an alarm without explanation. Its one thing when vagrants sleep on your property...it's another when a paying customer is not only paying for your service but taking the adequate time to wash their car...and you than harass me? I immediately left and felt obligated to not only report this but to also post this to legally protect myself from threats... I should get a refund and an apology. Shame on you, northglenn is better than that.

He got rid of those pressure plates in the automatic wash that were near impossible to get onto. Underneath rinse is good. I’m not fully sure why guy gets a bad rap. I had an issue once called the number and he helped me out. Another companies underwash sprays the tires only no real underwash. That’s why I like this place.

The dog self wash is locked with a for lease sign on it. I updated my review to include four stars instead of one because the owner wrote back to me and offered me a discount for a car wash. I was looking for a Dog Wash when I went to this location and rated it. Since the Dog Wash is closed that's why I had rated it just one. Looks like they are trying to find new ownership for this Dog Wash. I was just upset because it was the fourth one I had driven to based on Google maps and I just couldn't find one that was open or available.

TERRIBLE. probably the worst car wash in the denver metro. Not because it is a bad wash, its because the outrageous pricing does not match the dissapointing outcome. Go ahead and charge an arm and a leg if you got shit that dont stink, but this shit is just pretty and overpriced, but doesn't have anything to back it. Lighting sucks. Not enough vacuums or trash cans. Wont beep a time warning until 10 seconds left. Air dryer is underpowered. Dog wash isn't available. Seriously LAME. I spent over 30 bucks washing my truck and didnt get done what I would've gotten done elsewhere for 20. Not coming back and I don't recommend it
