Always do a good job and take cars in order. I have a truck and some places will put a bunch of cars that came after me before which means I will never go back to those places. This places takes them as they come. Interior detailing was good

If my wife did not want to keep coming here because it is convenient, I'd never come again. Washes are so-so, seldom a full vacuum, but the last time I ran over while she was at the doctor's office nearby, I had a surprise when I was done, they had left one of their aluminum step ladders under the car on the passenger side, I didn't see it and it was "MY FAULT" that I damaged my car running over their ladder. I wasn't about to pay for the ladder, and I MADE them do a half-assed job buffing the scrape out of the side of the car.

Lock your valueables up or keep with you if yougo Liked it at first. New mamagment is shady missing change and other things from the car. Noticed chainge was missing went back doublw checked change and sure enough it was gone again ? Then the manger wanred to fight me and was smoking his cigerette saying be gone ?

Its like they've completely stopped trying. The cashier isn't the friendliest, but it's the quality of the wash that's so terrible.. They half-ass every single service; they barely even vacuumed and there was very visible grass and little leaf bits left all over the floor and they didn't even bother with the space between the seats and the doors or center console, there were water spots on the barely cleaned windows, and the guy knocked over a small stack of stuff and left it just scattered across the back of my car, asked me which scent I wanted but there was no scent when I got in.. They've really gone downhill here. I WILL NOT COME BACK.

Horrible place to get your car washed!!! The general manager needs to learn the art of customer service, he has no clue how to deal with people that are not satisfied with their service. Just some advice, it doesn't matter how much time is spent drying a dirty vehicle, it's still dirty!! This place definately deserves negative stars, I took my vehicle to Yorba Country Car Wash still wet from this crappy place and they did an amazing job!! There are too many choices to have to deal with substandard service and terrible attitudes from the so-called "general manager "! Total waste of time!! Go to Yorba Country Car Wash on YL Blvd instead, mush nicer experience and my car actually got cleaned!!

Good thing is they are very quick. Bad thing about this place is, they are quick. I used to come here once a week, but drying crew does a sloppy job at finishing, often leaving various spots overlooked. But they are quick, and sometimes it's good when you're pressed for time

They consistently do a pretty thorough job, both inside and outside the vehicle. However, wait times can be considerable. Moreover, they won't necessarily start on your car right away. Their workflow is not always predictable. On one recent occasion, I noticed that several cars were moved ahead of ours for no apparent reason. Like any car wash, the gift shop inside is basically a large waste of space unless you're looking for overpriced stuff you don't need. The waiting areas are haphazardly arranged and often insufficient. I usually end up sitting on some brick wall next to a planter. Public Service Announcement: Beware of their restroom! They have a motion-sensing light switch that turns off while you're peeing! I can't believe they haven't fixed it.

The guys are all on their phones. I was the only one to pull up and had to wait for a while for someone to even come approach me. Then the guy just continued texting on his phone… even when drying my car he was still on his phone! Won’t be back here again

Very disappointed, terrible job. They only vacuumed the front half of my SUV not second or third row. Middle row had spots on the leather from dirt or whatever the kids may have spilled. I paid for the "best" wash I don't expect a detail but they could have at least ran a damp rag over it. Someone else said they don't vacuum under the floor mats, that is true. Definitely will never go there again.

I had bad water spots on my car that would not wash off. I had checked numerous places about removing them and I was quoted from $60 to $200. Yorba Linda Car Wash removed them all and did a wonderful car wash and vacuuming for $40! Plus, I did not have to leave my car all day! They were done in about 45 minutes!

Not going into details, but expressed to them the main reason I was getting my vehicle buffed and waxed is to repair the slight oxidation on the hood of my 2017 Suburban. Upon picking up my vehicle and $180.00 later, the oxidation is still there. They had me pay in advance for the work...

I got the highest value carwash and it was pretty nice, but they definitely missed some spots on my tires, my dash, and my trunk. Nothing was damaged and the rest of my car was pretty clean, but I wouldn't buy the $20 wash again. Go on Mon-Thurs and the normal wash is $9.97

The worst car wash ever. They didn't even touch the half of car. I ordered $40 interior & wash including undercaridge. Nothing is done properly. I could find some spots cleaned but many parts are not even touched. They just sprayed armorall without cleaning dust. Tire rims have a lot of dirty spots and so on. That is their 40 dollar wash. I can see they don't wanna work. Only thing they did right was outside windows. I won't go back ever again.

Just don't. The fact that i had to wipe down my entire truck when I got home because it was overloaded with whatever they used to clean the inside. Not to mention it was all over my truck on the outside. Water spots all over the place and didn't even touch the windows. I usually do it myself but thought I'd give it a shot. So I guess I deserve it. But I look for detail since it's part of my job but I don't think I'm being to critical just a very poor job. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone

I would given a ZERO start if I could. I'm very disappointed with their service, took my wife's SUV today for a regular wash, after they vacuumined the car they ran it thru the wash with the driver's window down, well it got pretty wet inside as you can imagine, I brought it up to the attendant's attention however, all they offered in return was a bottle water and a one time sorry, even more upsetting was the fact they did not addressed the issue with the cleaning crew. Will never go there again.

High cost, low quality. I’ve gotten much better washes elsewhere for a lower price. Lots of water spots left on the windows and they left a noticeable bit of grime on the front hood and in the window creases. Not worth the $25 I spent. Would recommend Yorba Country Car Wash where I typically go instead—they have coupons and better prices… and they’ll actually clean your car.

This is the only place I take my truck to be washed it's always done well and they take their time... on my last visit they even gave me $30 off of a had waxing since I was their 2nd to last customer for the day. I tell everyone in my area to go to this car wash you wont be disappointed
