First of all, even though this is a self-service car wash, they have really friendly staff working there, who will gladly assist you if you need it or simply keep you company while you wait your turn. You can tell they care about their operation, which is always a good sign. I've only used their touchless wash service. It's about as good as any other touchless wash you'll find out there. Some small areas will be missed, but that's to be expected when no direct contact is being made with the car's paint. Also remember that the chemicals being used during a touchless wash can be pretty harsh, so some sealants/waxes can be stripped or have their lifespan shortened. Exterior black plastic trim can also suffer over time when coming in contact with such chemicals. One thing I wish would be improved is the length of the drying phase, which could stand to be a bit longer to avoid water spots from sitting water. Pro tip! They have a coupon code on their website that you can use on each of your visits for a small discount off of any of their services.

It is not my favorite wash... I went through the touchless wash because the soft touch was backed up. Of course you have to wash your own car down before you enter the bay, but man my car came out looking like it never saw the water. I would totally get rid of the no touch and do a regular carwash bay where the soap comes out of the brush and you wash your car on your own.

The touch free wash here is awful. Left a huge streak of soap on the middle of our car. Giving two stars as the soft touch wash here is decent.

Paid $15 for the best wash option my van is completely covered in soap after wash, and the van is not even close to clean. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but no one is in the office, and there's no number to call.

Visited from out of town and found this place as the only one in the area without negative reviews. Rightly so! The owner met me at the entrance and offered to scrub the rims and gave me $2 off for being a first time customer. You don't see customer service like that anymore. The car wash has soft touch and touch free. The soft touch was modern and efficient with all the options.

Pretty weak and basically out of soap. $16 is much too high for this. I could get better results with my garden hose and a $20 spray kit.

The car was did not work and I could not get a refund, just an option to go through again for free. The rinse left soap all over my car and didn’t get even the dust off the sides. I ended up taking a cloth to it as it dried. The lady working was nice though, seemed like she didn’t have any other options than what she provided me.

What do you mean touchless? This place is advertised as touchless and everyone refers to it as such, but when I selected the least expensive most simple option, I was surprised to see a big spinning mop slap onto the hood of my car and the roof. The whole point of me going here was that I saw it was a touchless wash. It also cost me I believe nine dollars for something that was just kind of janky but overall.

This isn't what should happen.... I went through once and the machine malfunctioned so my car looked like it just had a soap bath coming out the other side. That was bay 2. Nobody was present to help me so I went into 7-11 gas station right next to it asking who owns this. The nice lady said that they don't own it, she said there was a 1-800 number up on the wall next to the car wash. I went ahead and called it and a lady answered saying she was going to send me a coupon in the mail. Although very hard to understand but she did say that. I still couldn't leave there though having my car look like it went through a bubble bath without being washed off so I paid again and tried another bay. The second time I tried it, it also malfunctioned putting more bubbles and foamy soap all over the car. I then went to the last bay since I hadn't tried it yet and I couldn't leave with my car looking like that. That one worked, cleaning very well and making sure the car was clean and shiny. The next day the owner Jim called me saying that he was going to send 2 coupons in the mail as a refund. Jim is a veteran so I talked to him on the phone about his career and what he did in the military. Extremely nice accommodating man who takes his customers complaints seriously and strives to fix it. I received 2 VIP pass coupons in the mail 2 days later! I'm giving a 5 star review because Jim knows how to handle stuff like this. I've been to carwashes where they honestly don't care because they know they are getting paid no matter what and they are teenagers who don't know how to do their jobs correctly. Or they are just lazy? Thanks Jim! I *will be returning to your Ye Olde car wash for another car wash!

Touchless wash which is rare in the area, but to really get any significant dirt or mud off your car you need to brush it off yourself with the mops and buckets they leave out in front of the bays. Would only get three stars if they weren’t 24/7 - nice to have the flexibility.

Now I know why they call it old car wash, none of the credit card readers work. What a waste!

I give it five stars for adequacy and convenience, considering my carwash journey in the area has thus far consisted of: - A carwash that disconnects its credit card readers when the quick lube that it’s attached to is closed. -A carwash that requires putting your complete confidence in local businessmen and their minimum wage staff to correctly attach your front tire to a moving conveyor, which then drags your vehicle through a high contact, slap the dirt off your car with a soaped-up spinner affair that leaves you with dings and trust issues. -A touchless automatic carwash that only washes the top half. -Other humans touching my vehicle. “Good enough” is miles ahead for the carwash market in this area.

Tried to go for the first time today. Just like a review from 8 months ago, the credit card stayed stuck at "authorizing" until I gave up and drove off. Cancel button didn't work. I guess now I wait and see if I have to contest the charge.

No recommend it, no pressure, spotty soap, not enough drying time so water spots are left behind, soap left on the car after; If you don’t want this happen to you just go somewhere else.

I’ve been here before and liked it, but today’s experience was a significant drop in quality. Came through for a quick wash after the snow storm. Big signs tell you to use the brushes before you enter the car wash - there were no buckets or brushes. The wash itself was terrible - left a haze and spots over my entire car. I am unlikely to return again. No one on-site to express my concerns.

They removed the free vacuum with purchase of a car wash. Which is extremely crazy when you have their monthly program and they put in there ads that in their monthly subscription it has free vacuums. Im very disappointed as a long time customer

I really want to like this place as it’s the only touchless wash near me. That said, every time I go I run into some sort of issue. I’ve had to back out and use the other bay as the sprayer was stuck in the middle of the bay. I’ve had it not spray the under carriage of my car at all. I’ve sat for 5+ minutes while the credit card was “processing” (never happened.) And that’s if any of the bays are working. What a shame

Same issues as the other reviewers said (no pressure, spotty soap, not enough drying time so water spots are left behind, soap left on the car after) except I was here months later than other reviewers and can say that nothing has changed. As far as I know this is the only touchless carwash in the area, so unless this place goes under major renovations, business will dry up as soon as literally any other place opens that has the touchless option.

I went to this carwash becuase it is touchless. But the car came out with little evidence that it had been cleaned. Rear windshield looked like it hadn't even gotten wet. The vacuums are not free and the price is as much as I'd pay elsewhere where vacccums are included
