I brought my girlfriend's Ford Expedition to Carpool Carwash on Hull St. to get mini combo (cleaned inside and hand waxed. Granted they are busy at 2:00 on Saturdays but that didn't stop them from doing a great job. The man that cleaned and waxed it didn't rush me through, he took the time needed to do a fantastic job. The gentleman who greats costumers and asks what service you would like is always super friendly and i like the fact that he remembers me and always makes conversation. Great group of people to do business with.

I wouldn’t have given one star …just don’t simply don’t waste your money ….teidous jib again I have to go to another car washing to get the interior cleaned and vacuumed…just wasted 30 dollars…many more places can’t post all the pics as I m running late for work

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience of Car Pool Southside. The customer service reps were very friendly from time I left my car until I returned back to my car. Throughly washed inside and out! I didn’t give them 5 stars because my drive side panel was not washed thoroughly but overall, I was happy and I recommend this location.

This carpool is fantastic! They always do an excellent job. There is never any spots my car is always clean. I have gone to the other location and it is extremely subpar to this location. This location needs to train all other locations. They work hard, and are extremely fast. You can tell they really care that the customer is happy.

We did the Rainbow Wash, they did such a good job on the exterior!!! My clients car sat outside for long time and had some darker spots that wouldn't wash off before. The Car Pool team took care of them! Thank you. Everyone was very nice, we sat inside the lobby while we waited for the car to get done. Overall very happy with the service.

I wasn’t impressed they did a half job cleaning door pockets doors. And a terrible job on my windshield and I paid for the $45-ish cleaning. Not worth it! One of the girls was wiping down another vehicle and barely swiping the car no elbow grease, but had her phone handy.

Brought my car here for a wash/detail. When I drove out, my brakes were making a loud grinding noise that wasn't an issue prior. I had to pay $100 to get a new brake pad. I also noticed that all of my caps covering the screw in my car doors were missing after they cleaned the inside of my car. The quality of the clean also was not good. I would not recommend this place.

I went to the Hull Street location and paid for the RVA wash. Someone sprayed and/or wiped something they shouldn't have on my instrument panel, radio and temperature panel and destroyed it. Now it has this awful haze on it. I own a 2016 Toyota Sienna Limited and I take very good care of my vehicle. I spoke with 2 people there before I left and they just denied, denied, denied that they had caused the damage. They claim the only thing they use to clean ALL surfaces (seats, dash, etc) is an alcohol based window cleaner. That doesn't even make any sense at all. I regret ever going to this place. Now I have to pay someone to fix this mess that Car Pool caused because of course it's my word against there's.

I paid for some services I did not receive. None of my seats were vacuumed and the floors in the rear of the car were not vacuumed. I had to reclean the windshield because it was so streaked: I think maybe a dirty cloth was used. Perhaps paper towels would be a better option for the inside windows. This happened the last time I used Car Pool also. I wouldn't say I paid too much for what I was supposed to get but I did pay too much for the service I ended up receiving.

Will not go here again. Paid 55. Got the RVA wash.. For a cleaning inside and out they did a horrible job. Did not clean the inside of my Windshield until i said something . The back window looked like they cleaned it with the same rag they did my tires with it was streaked and couldnt barely see out it. Waited over 45 mins . Didnt clean the console area at all.

I've been a regular user previously, but admittedly not used them in a while (through no fault of theirs). As a result of a coupon for a free service, I went back. The service was as I remembered. From start to finish, I remain impressed with their assembly line approach to car care. Although it took longer than I remembered, probably due to staffing issues, my car was processed inside and out, leaving me quite please with the results.

Everything was fabulous. I got the combo Pro Wax Outside package and Inside Super Clean Package and they did not disappoint. It was the best $144.95 I've spent for Christmas .... like a massage for my car! 🤣 I watched the guy buff wax and detail from the window of the waiting area for over an hour. He took so much care with my SUV that I wanted to hug him! Guy with the ponytail is phenominal! It looked better than new when he handed me the keys. I dont have a trashed old car though so he had something to work with. I have had so many compliments about my vehicle this week from friends and family that I have been giddy. I do have to laugh when I see people post pictures of their stained/cigarette burned carpet with a remark that Carpool did a terrible job or the pictures of a fleck of trash, dust on the vent, etc when they paid for a $30 wash. Its a general wipe down of interior and general vacuum people .... says it in the description - its not not detailing. If you want the works .... buy the works and dont expect miracles. Its a car wash, not a rebuild. 😍😂
