Car wash kept in very poor shape. All brushes are worn out with very little bristles on them. Washed my truck there 5/27/2020 and I would have to say that the rain could have cleaned it better! Thank God I use a detailer chemical that could get it clean. Total waste of money!!!!!

I love this place it's right around the corner from us and you can't beat this place. Free vacuums before your wash, tire prep station, and old school car wash not the touchless Bs that doesn't work. Price range $5-$13 I remember. Staff is there to help with your questions and to guide you in to wash. **remember to put car in neutral

I like that I can use my debit/credit card, not just coins to use the car wash. I also like the free vacuum if you use their car wash. They also have coin operated vacuums if you have a need to really clean up some goldfish or other crumbs that your kid spilled on your last road trip.

BEWARE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! 3 OF 4 BAYS USELESS AND ONLY ONE TOLD YOU IT WAS ACTUALLY OUT OF ORDER BUT YOU WOULDN'T KNOW UNTIL YOU PULL IN AND GET OUT! THE OTHER JUST LITERALLY STOLE THE MONEY AND LAST ONLY TOOK CARDS! TWO VACUUMS TO USE ONLY AFTER YOU WASH AND TRASH POURING OUT! NO ATTENDANT TO ASSIST REFUND OR POINT US IN RIGHT DIRECTION! I NORMALLY LOVE REVIEWING POSITIVE FEEDBACK BUT THIS DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR IMO!

I wanted to use the automatic car wash but it was out of service so I used the self serve car wash bay. Thankfully I was able to use my credit card. It allows you to swipe your card and only charges you for the minutes you use up to $7 per wash. There's the water wand, the color foam wand, which I didn't realize at first was a whole separate wand, and there is the soap brush you can use. As you can see in my photo I did use the color Foams stuff. Sadly I do have water spots all over my car because even though I used the spot-free rinse it did not work. So come on down and wash your car, bring your own cloth to make sure you get the bugs off the hood and wipe it down afterwards so you have a spot free car. And if you're not used to self washing your car, hold on! There's a lot of pressure coming out of those wands!

Update: So I've been using the touchless more frequently due to some of the colder weather. I REALLY REALLY wish you could get a double rinse and blow dry with NO clear coat protectant. What a pain, it really ruins the wash, i'm left with blueish spots and streaks everywhere because the spot free rinse is too weak to rinse it fully off. Going to have to drop my rating from 4 to 3. Original: I wish the blow drying time was a little longer, seems to count down really fast and isn't long enough for larger vehicles. Other than that great car wash, the self service bays and touchless are great and reasonably priced

I stopped in here after grocery shopping as an afterthought because it was right in front of me. It looked a little run down but the equipment worked ok and I came out with a clean car. The price was reasonable considering the shabbiness. Not bad if you want a deal and don't feel like washing your own vehicle.

I've been using this car wash for two years. Always the self-service part, always with "spotless rinse", no problems. Last Sunday (3/7/21) I washed my car, rinsed it with the spotless rinse for 5min (to make sure, as always) and the effect after it dried was tragic. There were water spots on the entire car. Paint. Glass. Everywhere. I came back to the location to complain but there is no one there on Sundays. Not sure what went wrong this time. Broken equipment? They run out of something but the machine kept pumping untreated water? I don't care really. This is unacceptable. The water spots cannot be removed by soap or detailer or anything like that. Just acid (vinegar) or special gels (water spot removers) which are acids as well. They also remove wax and sealant. This means that after spending $45 on misc liquids and around 5h-6h man hours on washing, removing sports with special gels and vinegar, washing again, sealing and waxing the car the water spots are gone (the damage was not permanent). I simply will not go to this location ever again and if you don't want to risk 6h of "fun" with your car, you probably shouldn't go either. Sad, cause I liked this place and I live nearby but it's simply not worth the risk. ------------------- 4/19 Update I followed up via email on their website (as requested below by the owner) but haven't received any response.

I still enjoy going to this car wash to clean my car. Self service and drive thru all in one place. I use the self service because I like to clean my own car. The vacuum cleaner is awesome.

I have been going to Jerry's on Midlothian for about 8 years, regularly getting my two vehicles washed and almost always using the automatic bay. You can choose from several options, depending on how many of the soaks, rinses, polishes, spot free finish, blow-dry services you want. Beforehand if your tires are extra dirty, there is a brush and bucket of soap to pre-wash yourself. My largest vehicle is a Ford Expedition, and it fits fine through the automatic lane. Never once have I had any of the equipment touch or damage a vehicle. The prices are very reasonable, and if you like to keep a clean car and want to get it washed at a bargain price, buy one of their discount pre-paid cards. If you charge the card in advance, you can get up to 35% discount. Dirt cheap way to keep your car whistle clean. On the rare occasions that I have used the manual wash lanes, the same card buys you time in it, also using discounted money. I have never had the equipment malfunction or disappoint me. Not infrequently have I seen someone observing the lanes, keeping any eye on equipment performance, so it is apparent the owners are on top of things. I have not been at their other locations, but can vouch for the one on Midlothian. Easy in, easy out, usually fairly short lines (if any at all) so very easy to give all 5 stars.

Best car wash in the central Virginia area. No where else comes close. Well lit at night and open 24/7. All the sprayers and vacuums are consistently working and provide adequate pressure and suction. Jerry’s is also super cheap compared with its competitors.

Stopped in for auto car wash last Tuesday. Was it broken but there was no sign on it? It took my money. It sprayed some water and foam on my car. However, when I drove out, there was still dust all over my lift gate. Sides were half washed. I bought the best wash available. I would hate to see the cheap option! Highly recommend driving past this car wash!

Don’t come expecting to use your credit card. If the person in front of you had some extra time on their cash payment, awesome, but you will leave with a soapy car if you need to use a credit card. Jerry isn’t paying the credit card fees anymore.

5 self serve bays and one drive through. With self serves you can use coins or credit card. Card reduces the stress of doing everything before time expires. Be sure you understand the options on the dial selector and which wands you'll use. Nice facility. Easy to access. There's also a coin operated vacuums.

WORST CAR WASH EVER! I will NEVER go there again. I had to clean all my freaking windows and half my car to make it look presentable. I will still have to go through another car wash to ACTUALLY CLEAN IT. Their stupid clear coat whatever bs...omg, all over drippy drop marks everywhere! I had to get out the GOO GONE to get a GLOB of it off my back window! I swear WORST car wash in history!! AVOID!!
