Doggie wash is great. For $10 it's well worth it. It beats trying to lift my 70lb bully in and out of the bath tub. It also saves the mess generally made in my bathroom. Everything you need is there... including a dryer. Will definitely be taking my dogs back for their baths.

It’s getting 2 stars because usually it’s great service, but today was more than disappointing and worth less than 1 star. I paid the $18 for business class, the kid came out and wiped down the front and back window, then scurried back into to hang out with his friend/coworker. In past they go over all windows, wheels, etc and it’s wonderful! Sad that it was it was like this today. Then heard a thud on the back and saw the kid standing looking at it. So when I left I got out to check and everything was fine cosmetically, but disappointed again to see soap all over the back of my car still.

Reliable, fairly new equipment. Attendants are usually really conscientious about pre-scrubbing for bugs. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that their equipment seems to struggle with getting the back of my car all the way clean. Could just be the shape of my vehicle (hatchback), but there's almost always dirty streaks across the liftgate. That nitpicking aside, their prices are reasonable, their location is convenient, and the staff are well-trained. One thing I think is telling- the staffing is pretty consistent. They seem to have low turnover, and in a car wash environment, that seems to speak especially well of the management.

Don't expect your car to be dry at all. Payed for the most expensive wash because it advertised the best drying and I needed to put my magnetic signs on for work. Car was so wet after the wash I had to use my wipers just so I could see out my windshield. I can't imagine what the basic drying would be, a hair dryer perhaps. The wash itself was also subpar leaving salt still on my car, again despite buying the best wash they had. Save your money and go somewhere else

The best way to wash your car is to physically wash it. Might not be the best method but this wash did an amazing job compaired to other washes I've used. The free vacuums are really nice too. And the attendant did an excellent prep job, he actually scrubbed the bugs off the car instead of just spraying them.

I went to the dog wash, which is already expensive, but it was an emergency. I had 2 dogs with me. I got through one and needed to dry her and still wash/dry the 2nd dog and it just ate my money. Of course it was conveniently only taking cash and then the cash magically disappeared and the wash didn’t start. I have a wet dog and a dirty dog in my car now. I called and no one answered. Wasted almost $30 here. Wasn't impressed the first time I came, lesson learned the second.

Stopped in at just after 8:00 am this morning for a business class car wash. There were no cars in line so there was no hurry to send my vehicle through. The attendant sprayed the entire vehicle, but barely touched the front of the vehicle with the brush. As I went through the wash, I never saw the undercarriage wash light, the tire wash or the clear coat lights come on. I spent more time washing and cleaning my vehicles front end and tires when I got home. If I ever used this car wash again I would only do the $6.00 wash as that is all I got for the $11.00 was. Very Disappointed!

I use this car wash as it is quick and easy. I hope it will reopen in the spring. I have a partial gift card to use.

I purchased their top of the line wash for $17, my truck exited the wash dirty, wet and covered in scratches from the brushes they used at the beginning. To top it off the vacuums were barely working. Save your money and frustration and go pretty much anywhere else. EDIT: Talked with Christopher who was really nice, washed my truck again, however I'm still waiting to hear from the owner on getting the scratches repaired.

This isn’t something I normally do. But I’m posting this to cation people in the QC on a local car wash that damaged the wheels on my car. I went through this car wash on Monday afternoon and came out with gouges in the driver’s side wheels. This is the type of wash that pulls your car through on a track. I went in and brought this to the attention of the employee at the wash. He was kind, apologetic and assured me that they would take care of it. He called the boss and explained how he had heard the wheels hit the rail as my car passed through. He even mentioned something about this “happening again”. He then told me that they’d set up a time for them to meet me there to look at the wheels. So today I went and met with the owner/ manager I believe. From the very beginning he was making excuses and making up reasons why this didn’t happen at his car wash, he said, “are you sure that they weren’t already like this” right away. Then it was suggested that the gouges were already there and that the previous owner must have painted over them and the car wash did what it’s supposed to do and washed off the paint from the gouges. And that if the car wash would have done this that the tire would have been gouged too. Which is completely illogical. Rubber and aluminum do not respond the same to steel being rubbed against them. Nor was the metal on the rail at the height of the tire. After arguing back and forth he wouldn’t do anything to help resolve the issue. I just want everyone to be aware that this place might not be the spot to take your car if you care about the condition of your wheels. It’s the one off of Devils and Middle. Here are some pictures of the car wash, the rail that damaged my wheels and my wheels. It’s pretty obvious to me that the metal supports that are in between the plastic bumpers are sticking out just enough to catch the rim face. I have to assume the plastic bumpers are worn down and are allowing that metal to stick out further than designed to.

I will never go back. Horrible car wash. I bought the $6 car wash and so little water was used to rinse the soap off my car that the dryer blowers were blowing off more soap than the water rinsed off. What a joke! I'll never go back. I recommend you don't even waste your time or money here. There are MANY better options.

First car wash we've tried since moving to the area. The automatic car wash cleaned my very dirty car decently. However the price seemed too high. Vacuum worked well, but not all areas had trash cans which makes it difficult to clean out inside of car. I gave it 3 stars as it was adequate but in my opinion over priced.

Washed the car great, but destroyed one of the rims on my car being directed into the car wash. Most expensive car wash I've ever had now.

Used to go here often but the past 4 months its always been closed off and the exit door is hanging crooked off its hinges. Not sure if its still open or not. Had prepaid for a wash when it was still warm out and haven’t been able to use it since :(. Was affordable before all these millions of others started popping all over the QC.

The hours posted online said they were open. I showed up to find the car wash pathway was blocked. I called their offices to confirm they were closed and no one answered. I understand that equipment breaks, but their website and Facebook page should be updated, or they should find another way to communicate to their patrons.

We visited for the dog wash. It is convenient and easy to use. The machine “ate” half of a $5 bill but it accepts Apple Pay.

Car wash only touched left side of car, right side brushes spun but didn't touch car. The rinse feature didn't get the soap off the car, so the car came out more dirty than it started. When I asked the employee about these items, he said the owners know and haven't done anything about it, but a cheap car was is a cheap car wash.

I had the business class wash June 1st 1230pm. I have had very good washes in the past, but today, not so much. The attendant washed the windshield, nothing else was brushed. When I got done, the truck was still dirty. See the photos. I will have to try and find a different place, unfortunately
