UPDATE. I gave it one more try. Outside is still dirty and they put wheelndressing over the dirty tires. On my way to another car wash to finish it. I'm done going there. Paid for a #3 expecting a vacuum and clean wheels. Outside was decent clean but rims were left dirty. The touch free car wash gets them cleaner than this. Disappointing I had to go home and clean wheels, wipe down my dash and vacuum my car after spending $30+ on it. Windshield has a film on it like it was wioed with a dirty rag. I've had better results here in the past and my wife loves taking hers in. Too many other places offer the same service.

I normally have a good experience, but unfortunately not this time. I got the #3 wash and my third row back wasn't vacuumed very well or the mats cleaned, only part of my navigation screen was cleaned and the driver side panel by the floor wasn't wiped down. Not the normal service they offer.

We stopped for a full service car wash, and they did amazing job. The staff was professional and pleasant to deal with. They also cleaned a ton of dog hair out of our car.

I have been coming here for years and I will never come back not only was the customer service by the desk person absolutely horrible but what I paid for was not achieved I paid for a full Service car wash which is supposed to include interior and exterior here are some examples of my interior not even being cleaned and my windshield is also still dirty. When I called to speak with a manager the employee at the desk told me he was unsure if the manager was on staff I told him to have the owner give me a call and I left my contact info. To top it all off I was the third car in line and it still took 1 hour for the half way clean job! So time wasted, money wasted, oh and valuable gas waisted!!!! I also know for a fact that they hire people who will steal designer items if left out in your car, so always hide those!!!

This was the second time I have gone there and both times they didn’t do well. The first time that I had gone there they completely broke the emblem off of my car then acted like I didn’t watch them do it. I had to pick it up and point it out to them. This time I got the number 3 wash and they didn’t even touch the back of my car at all. There was still trash in my back seat survivor it being vacuumed at all. I am never going back.

They detailed my Dad's 66 Galaxie and did a great job! It looked better than new! I've scheduled to have my 66 Hemi Satellite detailed before taking it to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in November on the 18th and 19th. I know it will look terrific when I pick it up. While the place was great a year ago when I switched to it, lately the quality of the services deteriorated. The cleaners started missing some of the areas ( inside windows, parts of dashboard, etc.). The prices are not great for the quality of the cleaning.

Probably the best full-service car wash in the QCA. The bathrooms and waiting area are always spotless, which says a lot about the pride the owners and staff take in running the place. You can tell they genuinely care—respectful, professional, and efficient every time. I highly recommend getting a prepaid package and adding your vehicles to the account—makes the whole process super convenient. Just try to avoid peak times, or you might be waiting a bit.

Bought a full service yesterday. Place seemed steady but not busy, there was one person ahead and two behind me. The service got done in about 25 minutes, which surprised me. And once I got the car back, I realized why. My cup holders were still dirty, steering column wasn't touched, and the dash had obvious marks where they had only partially wiped it down. If you're going to have the name detailing in your sign, employees should probably pay attention to detail.

I needed my car ceramic coated and was blown away by the Job that Tim did. He Polished the finish and baked the coating on His attention to detail is Impeccable. I now I take all my cars there for washing and anything that needs to be done to keep my cars looking new, from repairing curb scratched wheels to having the leather on a classic sports car renewed. Total Detailing is just that...the total package done right!

I got my car as a gift and it really needed a cleaning. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 5 pm for it to not feel very clean at all. I only wanted the interior cleaned such as the vents carpets and ceiling which all came back not clean. I’m not sure what they took all day to clean. There is dust still everywhere and weird stuff in my vents I wanted out that wasn’t even touched. I took everything out of my car nothing in my center council and that was not ever looked at or whipped at all I simply went home and got a wet cloth and it came up easily.

I got the most expensive wash they offer. They detailed my car but did not wash the front or hood at all. When I went back and showed the the manager initially he did not apologize. He washed it himself and said that they were not perfect, they do their best and they are busy. Someone washed and dried the car but somehow failed to notice that the hood and and front weren’t clean or wet? The manager made a couple other comments and then could see the frustration on my face. I told him this was my first time here and it wasn’t a good first impression. He then said he was sorry it happened but didn’t sound very sincere. I won’t go back.

not worth the money. I went here for the first time in a long time. I paid 32.95 for a car wash and got a sub par cleaning at best. lots of kids doing a lot of things but not even wiping the car down correctly. I get a better was at my home town was for $15.00 a piece.
