I just got a sausage and egg sandwich, when I got home I had to use a steak knife to even cut into it. You’re supposed to replace those things. This sucks

What can i say, I'm addicted to their eggrolls. The corndogs are good too. I mean it is a convenience store so there isn't much i can tell you, but this chain is at the top of the category. The closest comparison is the Wawa chain and on some ways these stores are better than Wawa. These people do a good job.

Friendly staff, but the coffee creamer is ALWAYS out. More often than not I have to ask for more creamer. I have never had to ask the other kwik star once. Getting ridiculous. I mean they give me a free coffee for it, but they could at least fill it to the fill line and not the refill line.... lmao

I'm from Wisconsin. It's nice to finally have a Kwik Trip (Star, sorry) here in Bettendorf. I don't buy a lot inside, but if you're into relatively decent coffee and need staples like bread and milk, this is a good place to frequent. However, I have to warn you that the car wash is abysmal. After using it exclusively since this store opened, I finally had enough tonight. I filled up on gas, went through the car wash, and my car was still disgusting coming out. Black/gray grime from winter road salt, streaks on all the windows, filthy outline of windshield wiper area. I immediately drove back to my old car wash on Devil's Glen and gave it a try. What a night and day difference. Windows are spotless. Minimal grime. So go here for gas, but do not waste your money on their car wash.

Same as any other Kwik Star. I come from WI where there are Kwik Trips everywhere. The hotel I stayed at was 2 miles from this store and I probably passed 8 other gas stations but chose this one because I like Kwik Trip/Kwik Star stores and prefer to stop there whenever possible. Employees here were quick, efficient, and friendly. Store was clean. Did not let me down.

Grabbed a quick lunch from here. Jalapeño poppers and 3 piece chicken strip. Purchased just before noon, the jalapeño poppers(1:00 shelf life) were hot and fresh. The chicken (1:30 shelf life) was not fresh. It seemed like it was reheated. Very chewy and dry.

I've enjoyed Kwik Star for the better part of 10 years. I remember shopping at their locations in Rochester, MN frequently during an internship spent in the area. I still enjoy shopping at the relatively newer locations, including this store off 53rd street in Bettendorf. On this particular trip, I only wanted a quick later night snack prior to returning home. I selected a bag of cheddar flavored Chex mix and a cherry flavored Coke Zero. Both were easy to locate and select. To this point, one of the things I think Kwik Star does really well is their store layout. It's fairly clear where everything is right when you walk through the entrance. Baked goods and coffee are in one direction, beer and alcoholic libations are in another, and grocery and hot case items are front and center. It definitely works well. After I got my Chex mix and soda, I was able to pay quickly. This is mostly due to the competence of the cashier, who was friendly and efficient. I hope Kwik Star sticks around for a while. I enjoy this location and their others in the area. Thanks for being a great quick stop for gas and food in Bettendorf!

Being from a different state, I oddly heard a lot of good things about this place, for a gas station, thought it was odd... But low-key, I get it. I'm a fan. Staff were really nice. Would be a daily thing for me too if I was in an area with one.
