I have never been here before there remodel, but now that’s it touch free, it’s a game changer. Beautiful set up inside, you actually see the tri color foam, and they even have 3 sets of dryers that really dry your car. I decided to start a membership due to how frequently I’m going, well there were some IT issues and I never received the information for my membership. I waited 3 days before I decided to reach out and ask what to do. The owner responded very timely, and was very helpful to explain what was going on, sent me the link and told me any other issues to let them know. I have to say that is the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Keep up the great work Lucky Ducky, Thank you! Sincerely, A very satisfied customer :)

I first used Lucky Ducky a couple weeks ago and I loved it! The vacuum area is great for use before or after the wash. The second time I used it was 5/16. I changed the wash I wanted and was charged twice when I hit the "back" button. I sent a text in reference to the issue and they responded immediately! The charges were pending but by Monday I had my money back! Nice, clean car wash and great customer service!

The closest touchless wash was about 25 minutes away, until now! Just tried this place for the first time and wow! I drive a new full size truck and the sprayers were so powerful that my whole truck was shaking from the cleaning power lol. Dryers actually dried my truck unlike any other touchless wash I have been through. Excited to be a regular here! Highly recommend this place!

This is definitely the nicest wash I’ve been to, I love all the features that a lot of other washes don’t have like wheel cleaner and rust inhibitor. I refuse to go to a touch car wash so I’m super happy they changed this place to be touchless. My car was super dry after and I was in and out in about 3 minutes which is nice compared to a lot of other touchless washes that are 5-6 minutes long and don’t clean or dry nearly as well. Will definitely be back!

Ran my F350 through, is 22' long and most can't do more than 19' for a good job except to of my windshield under my visor, most vehicles don't have those so can't knock them for that issue. I'm happy to find a wash too help keep the salt off my truck and wash the underbody.

So happy to have a quality touchless wash on the south side of Lansing! It was much needed. Great quality wash! Membership options make it a great deal. I have zero complaints about the wash itself. Docked one star for the frequency of cleaning out the pit. Needs to be done more frequently. It often stinks. Will update to 5 star rating if that problem is addressed.

Went to this car wash today 12/24/25. I like a car wash that is touch less and have made this my spot. However today I was terribly disappointed. The wash that I paid for didn’t wash the tires on both sides. There was one pass to clean the car and one pass back to rinse… that’s it?? 13.00 dollars for that and onto the dryer I went.. what a joke…these companies just keep getting greedier and greedier. I’ll never go there again.

This is the best touchless car wash I’ve found around East Lansing/Lansing. The free vacuums are actually strong and easy to use which is a huge plus. I like that the wash and drying are in separate sections, and the dryers run long enough to dry the car properly. I’ve tried places like Grand Prix too, but their dryers don’t run nearly as long. Only thing I’m not sure about is whether this wash includes an underbody spray.

I am a big fan of touchless / brushless car wash, and this place is a gem and top notch! This place is similar to the system in 24 Hour Wash located in Dewitt. I was searching earlier and this place didn't show up. This place needs some reach and saw and FB Ad that drew my attention. As of Jan 2026, $13 is the cheapest wash here and it was definitely great. The bay is extra-long so that, we can utilize the dryer area 100% and this is what most touchless car washes miss! Additionally, I have noticed free vacuum and that definitely attract more customers. Another good thing I have noticed that the owner on top of every comment and responsive to customer feedback!! What else you need!

Great touchless car wash. I have the Platinum monthly pass, and it’s a great value—especially during Michigan winters. One small thing I sometimes wonder about is the underbody rinse. I don’t always see or feel it happening, so I’m occasionally a bit unsure whether it’s being done every time. That said, the rinse cycle overall has very strong water pressure, which I really love. I’m still trying to figure out the best timing for drying my car perfectly. Maybe perfect drying is just not possible with an automatic car wash. During the summer, I do notice water streaks even after towel-drying. It seems like water gets trapped somewhere and then comes out while driving, leaving streak marks. In the winter, since the sun isn’t as strong and temperatures are below zero, it doesn’t leave marks—it just freezes instead. Overall, my only minor complaint is the drying and water streaks in the summer. If that could somehow be improved, this place would be perfect. Definitely worth the monthly membership. Highly recommend.
