This is the worst Shell I've ever been to. That's probably the most incompetent employee I've ever encountered at a gas station. Avoid this place! I guess these type of workers are what you get when you pay next to nothing.

This evening around 6:15 I arrived at the fast station and was greeted by the cashier and I directly walked into the attached mcdonalds. Ordered my food and the cashier had walked in and just stood there and starred at me the whole time and followed me till I left. I'm extremely creeped out and do not understand why he was following me...

There was this store associate named Mary playing games with the merchandise. I asked for a specific brand of merchandise and she continued to bring me the wrong merchandise that was only accessible from behind the counter. I told her that I did not want to play here games but she continued to patronize me. I told to nevermind the merchandise and to just give me my gas. This location lost money do to her games and possibly a customer. I will tell all of our neighbors about this incident.

The gas prices are standard but they have a touchless car wash. They are located on a corner with entrances on each street. And with the loyalty card (Fuel Rewards) I get 10 cents off my next gas purchase when I buy a car wash, 3 cents off if I don't buy a car wash.

My mom goes to this Shell quite frequently and this is probably the 5th time she’s said something about an employee who is absolutely rude to her and honestly just sounds like she’s racist towards Asian people. Yesterday around 5pm my mom went in there to get her lottery tickets and the lady shorted her and didn’t give her a receipt. So my mom explained that she went back in and told her that it was shorted and the employee treated my mom like she was stupid and every response was rude. This isn’t the first time she has done this to my mom and it should probably be her last time treating people like that. I’m honestly leaving this review in hopes that management will do something about it. Customer service is treating ALL customers with respect NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE!
