Ripoff subscription deals compared to everywhere else. Chill staff. Free vacuums. Fast service. Car always shines after wash but lots of water stains after. Wouldn't go again. The subscription top tiers need more substance for the prices because everywhere else is better than here.

Not a bad place to get your car washed, but not as good as when the new owners took over, remodeled & opened. They never replaced the broken mirrors at the end of the dry cycle after the first year and when I take my truck through, the wheels are hit & miss clean and the bottom of my tailgate the washing cycle misses, so I have a dirty streak above my bumper.

Just got a car wash and the worker that was telling the cars to pull ahead had the truck hit my rear bumper of my car. When I finished with my wash I went to talk to the “Manager” he said there was nothing he could do and he did t know his bosses name! He said it was civil! No it’s on your property and I need to be taken care of because my bumper is all scratched and he only wanted to offer me my money back or a free car wash! I will never be back to this company ever again. I will be fallowing through with this on Monday.

I would highly recommend Spotless Auto!! Not only is the car wash great, but the customer service is awesome!! I have my truck cleaned there at least once a week. My entire family goes there for their car washes. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and my truck always leaves clean, shiny, and spotless.

After my car wash, I drove home a few miles up Waverly road, and when I got out of my car the driver side door was still full of dirt, so I drove right back with my receipt and requested they re wash my car. They told me they don’t re wash once you leave their property! The girl said “it was fresh dirt”! Not certain how that could have occurred when the rest of my car was a pretty clean, and my driver side mirror was out of whack when I came out of the wash, clearly their machine was off a bit. After several minutes the girl said “ we don’t re wash but we will this time “ in her rudest tone! I explained, I understand it’s not her fault, I understand the company policy, but I paid for a service. No where did the computer indicate when I purchased the wash15 minutes prior, tell me to check my wash detail upon completion, and before I left the property, so I assumed they’d do a quality job, boy was I wrong ! I have always used this car wash, due to the convenience and great service I always experienced, however, prior to it becoming the new one, Spotless Auto, I can assure you I won’t be in the future for either of my cars!

Decent wash. I got the platinum for $19. Cleaned up my car well. I did notice one of their brushes was not working but it didn’t appear to affect my overall wash. Only complaint would be the dryness on the body panels of my car but I finished that off with a microfiber. Overall worth the money if you’re in the area.

We take our fleet vehicles here and they are one of the few that will actually take the time to pre spray your vehicle off before sending it thru the wash. About $20 per vehicle monthly and you can wash everyday if you wanted to. This wash gets almost all the dirt off. The only way you’ll get a better wash is hand washing yourself.

I truly hate giving bad reviews but I review things to give the people what they want! Over price for one for the job services that are being done. Car was not to my expectations on my exterior clean and still had spots on my vehicle that was dirty and water spots. Last but not least I prefer on going back to my old car wash which was 24.00 bucks a month free vacuum and and everyday wash. This place is sad because not only it’s like we have 10 car washes in in a 6 mile radius but they tore down this beautiful nature park of wild life to put one of many non friendly habitats such as this car wash and more studio apartments.smdh!!

Paid for a month. Car wash took it upon themselves to take a payment the next month. They lied and said you can pay monthly, but that is not the truth. Didn't give me a receipt of the conditions or the terms, because I'm not under a contract.... so why mess with my account without my permission. Check your accounts monthly.

Note: When it's a nice sunny day and there is no line for a wash please go elsewhere because there is a reason - This place is tired and for $15 my vehicle is still dirty

Amazing car wash. Employees are kind and helpful. They have vacuums and an air pump for your tires. They also have great prices, definitely worth your money! You should definitely sign up for a monthly because their wash is just that good!

Paid for premium wash. Went through and half of the wash was broken. Went back asked for a refund. Rude employee said signs were posted and I should have seen them. Offered to wash it again and I refused. Employee said the motors have been broken for a while. Do not use this place.

Had my truck washed,it wasnt clean, I paid for the ultimate. The truck wasnt clean dirt still on truck. The employee told me that the brushes/rollers weren't working full force. Only half works she said. She said the brushes/rollers were down for some time and that the car wash owner owed the maintenance company "a few thousand dollars" and couldn't get them fixed. Why are you still charging full price knowing this. No refund was given as I asked. Very shady practice and will call the better business bureau to report this! Cleary something not right about what they are selling and giving as a service. Very dishonest business.
