Don’t waste your money, car washed messed up front rim of my car. Came right back after and filled a claim with the store. They said they wouldn’t pay on the claim due to “not having cameras facing low enough to see the rim”. Instead the GM insisted that I hit a curb (I have low-pro soft compound tires that were perfectly fine). When I told the GM exactly where I heard the hit during the wash, he told me that the process in the car was was far too complicated for me to understand, and the bang I heard was most certainly not my rim (it was). Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere

What’s the sense of having an unlimited membership when you cannot even use it during their business hours? They closing earlier than 8 all the time. And when will they fix the driveway pot hole so your tire doesn’t about fall in? I just got their membership a week ago since it’s closer to my home than Tommy’s. But, I am canceling and going back to Tommy’s where I can use my membership during the normal business hours.

Took chunks of paint off my bumper - paid 10 bucks for a basic wash, and they enrolled me in a $23 a month plan without my knowledge or consent.

Under the old ownership used to be 6 -7 dollars for a basic car wash. Now it's ten dollars. Under the old ownership in two people, power washing on each side of your vehicle. And they did a thorough job, and your truck would be clean when you came through. Under the new management, they have one person powerwashing on one side, doing a half a job if that. I live on a dirt road, so my truck definitely gets dirty. But you pay ten dollars, you should expect to have it.Come out clean when you're done. My truck was far from clean under new management. There was a truck ahead of me. That was cleaner before it was going into the car. Wash and miles, mine was after it came out. I need the list to say I will not be using Mister car wash again.

This carwash has decent customer service, up front, however, if they damage your vehicle, they will gaslight and claim previous damage. I brought a 2024 vehicle with 10k miles through, no damage to the paint, or anything peeling as it was kept on the showroom floor until I bought it 2 months ago. There was a rock or something in the brushes, which smashed into the side of my door, leaving a chunk about the size of a dime, of paint ripped off of the vehicle. I filed a claim through the carwash, and asked the person taking the claim to look and see if there was previous damage in the video. He told me "I didnt see anything, but that doesnt mean it wasn't there". I was called back by their claims department and told the exact same thing, "couldn't find any damage before you entered the wash, but that doesnt mean it wasn't there, it must be previous damage". I proceeded to try to explain, I literally just took the vehicle into the dealership for service, they took both before, and after pictures of the car, no damage. I almost immediately took it to the carwash to try out and see if I wanted their membership, and magically, it has damage. I will be going through self serve washes from now on, but let this be a warning to everyone. This business is crooked, they won't take responsibility for damages they cause to your vehicle, no matter how new it is, no matter how much evidence you have to show they are the ones that damaged your vehicle.

Out of every mister carwash that I've been too in years, Eric working at this moment 3:23pm Thursday May 1st, is the only one who has ever properly sprayed down my vehicle as I entered. And that goes for any carwash I've been to in recent years. Do something special for Eric. I also made sure to tip him well for his efforts. People who do a good job need to know that they are appreciated and should always receive positive reinforcement. Eric should be groomed as manager material. Thank you Eric, I appreciate you.

Worst car wash I’ve been too. Got their most expensive, $20, wash and this is how it came out. All sides were still dirty. It sprayed tire polish over the dirty tires. Do NOT recommend

Very disappointing results for an expensive carwash. I have a mid sized SUV and the brushes completely missed the back of the car. I could have done better just spraying the car down with water from a hose.

Service seems to have declined. The staff looks unfriendly and bored. They don't pay attention when you're pulling your car in. I paid for the most expensive wash and there are dirt spots all over my car. I have the subscription but this is unacceptable and has happened on more than one occasion. The only positive parts are the free vacuum and the location.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The vacuums barely had any suction, it took me 12 minutes just to clean my front two seats. Not only that, my car barely got cleaned, there is still smear and fog marks. I now have paint scratches on my car that I have never seen before. They are little dots all around my car…..of paint missing, meaning it originated from the same source. Absolutely ridiculous, I would’ve gotten a better car wash doing it myself at home.

I switched to this wash from a local competitor primarily because the prewash. That is half true. A person typically sprays the drivers side and the back some. It's still a decent wash but makes the likelihood of salt/mud being removed in the alloted time, unlikely even close. I've not used their other services, wash is solid if your vehicle is halfway clean already. Staff is typically very nice. One guy is extremely lazy, you'll have that...
