Great shop and takes a lot of pride in their work. Was very impressed with attention to detail and efficiency. They made sure they asked me all the right questions before performing any tinting work. They also did a beautiful hand wash and vac as well. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back for washing. 5 stars all around. Great staff too

Very pleased with the craftsmanship involved in protective coating my Porsche 911. Front spoiler experienced a couple of scrapes coming out of a parking lot and the repair to the protective film was well done with little additional cost to me. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with Xclusive detailing and window tint. Mike and his staff know their stuff, they’re very detailed and made ours cars look brand new. We purchased two used teslas. Mike and his team detailed and tinted windows for both. One of the cars had super glue on multiple spots inside and Mike’s team figured out how to clean it or replace parts in order to make it look brand new! Adriane works up front and keeps things moving, she also knows everything about cars/tint and getting things done! We highly recommend Mike and his team. Their customer service is top notch! I scheduled my Callaway Corvette to be detailed prior to an event with Road and Track Experiences. I had never been to Louisville before and chose them sight unseen. Xclusive did not disappoint, truly amazing, my car looked better than when it came off the showroom floor. As a car guy, you can’t help but be particular about your prized possession. Xclusive’s facility was beautiful, spotless… a testament to the work they do. I wish there was a place close by me in New York that did the quality of work I received from Xclusive. I would not hesitate to recommend (I already have) Exceptional!!

Exclusive is my go to for any and all window tinting and clear protective film on my vehicles. They are professional and do exceptional work. Recently I had my M4 tinted and wrapped. The work was spectacular. The other pic is an X4 they wrapped and tinted as well. Again, exceptional.

Absolutely amazing. I can't exactly put it to words how great a job they did with detailing my car. I had mold from trees, hadn't washed it in a year, and taking my cat to the vet she peed in my passenger seat.... They didn't only take care of those issue but made my 12 year old car feel brand new. I'll definitely be bringing my second car here very soon!!

Incredible, Incredible, Incredible service from the greeting from Ms.A at the front counter to your vehicle is ready. Mike took time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted him to do to my car, then he slide some timely advice that made the finish product pop. If you want your tint and rims looking tight? They did a great job on the exterior car detail, however they damaged a button on the interior of my car. I pointed it out to one of the employees when I picked the car up and was told that I would hear back the next week and they would take care of it. I called to follow up twice the next week and was told the manager would call me back within a day or so. It's been around two weeks and I have never heard back from them. At this point I would rather just move on and not waste the energy dealing with them. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here and would not recommend them. Very unprofessional Update 6-17-21: Mike at Xclusive worked with the BMW service center to have the button replaced. I just had to schedule the appointment, but Mike covered the cost.

I got paint protection film (clear bra) installed on the front quarter of my car and mirror backs. Can you see the film? Now I can cruise knowing my car is safe from getting destroyed by rock chips. I also got the rear side markers tinted. Great job on the install guys thanks a lot. I would recommend their services to anyone. Professional and friendly.

This was my first time spending significant money to get my car washed and detailed. I had the full premium detail done where they kept my car for 24 hours.
