I've gotten parts here several times out of three times twice I had to exchange them for the part that would actually fit on my car. I quit going here and go to the Auto zone that's almost directly across the street.

Not much of a variety of auto air filters to choose from. Not even my make or model of air filter in the couple of brands carried. Store needs to expand selection of all auto merchandise.

I always go to O'Reilly for my automobile needs first. If I can't find what I need at O'Reilly's then I'll go elsewhere but that's only happened a couple of times in years. If you're a diy selfer I highly recommend O'Reilly's, both locations on Preston I've been too have very helpful staff and clean locations.

I walk-in for a 3/4 deep socket and founded it right away. The CSR white woman was off to the side talking to another employee. I was standing at the counter for 4 to 5 minutes waiting to be checked out. Then an old white man walked up and the CSR called him to the counter to check him out, like I wasn’t standing there. I said so you don’t see me, ok. I put the socket back and left. 09/01/23 - 9am

Nice location near a junk yard... but the staff there was NOT helpful. Stopped in to exchange one of their broken tools that broke the first time I used it. They would not exchange their $6 tool, and the manager told me "as far as I know, the item was stolen". I explained that I Was sure that I had my receipt at home which was 1,600 miles away. They told me to return when I found it. (Details on YouTube). Corporate customer service helped later.

My husband does a lot of business with the company. But it’s getting harder for me to continue putting our money into a company though that has employees that do not represent the company as they should. I wonder if someone in a higher up corporate position would feel knowing one of there store level employees was bad talking a customer (my husband) after she thought we had left the store. As an O’Reilly’s store employee, and I’m sure if you want to keep it that way. It would be smart to realize that this company did not ask for your opinion when implementing there policies and procedures. Just like I’m fairly sure you have heard the expression to “stay in your lane”. This being one of life’s biggest lessons we all have to learn. So if it doesn’t concern you….mind your business. And remember that god don’t like ugly….no matter which god you choose.

Had an awesome experience today my wife bought a battery from them of seven of 21 she forgot to put it underneath my number so I didn't have the receipt either. That guy was so patient and was able to swap out my battery still. Just an awesome place.

Mediocre customer service, didn't really feel helpful. They answered questions, but wanted to be on their phone. I came in pretty close to close but was out before then. Not very knowledgeable. The person manning the other register was more helpful. Been going to O'Reilly's for a while and they tend to be a bit overpriced compared to other options, but you get a good return policy and sometimes helpful employees. Just depends on what the person behind the counter knows and what's in their systems.

I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the 2 men working last night, 12/01/24. I was a long way from home with my 2 kids and my car started acting up on I65. I managed to limp my car there and went in and they sprung into action. They kept us warm and safe until a tow truck arrived. A very heartfelt thank you goes out to these two young men. I cannot thank you enough. Amazing young men who are a great reflection of your company!

Wouldn’t let me return a faulty starter that destroyed the bell housing on my transmission… I went to the other oriellys down the street and They gladly returned it for me and gave me the information to contact their parts supplier. This was a brand new transmission too $1800. The car was mint I kept up with the maintenance very well. Old starter died replaced with this one worked twice then completely ripped off on the third start.. the van did not back fire or anything. And the electrical/charging system tested fine
