Horrible! Quickest car wash, barely cleaned my car, guy motioning cars in wasn’t paying attention and my wheels were out of line Vacuums cost $2 on top of the $22 car wash, never returning

Went to the new one on Preston last night git the ultimate. It was dark so when I got home I looked at the car and it looked terrible. Still had bugs all over the car and windshield. Had to rewash it this morning. Tried to call and was disconnected 3 times after being on hold for over 10 minutes. I have always used them on Breckenridge Lane. Will never use the new one again and it's a shame because I'm only about 5 miles from it.

22.50 for second best wash, pushed through fast in the wash and spit out. Then if you want to vacuum it is an additional fee….not worth your time or money. This place won’t be here long….it will be Joe’s or something like that in a mater of time with this rate of service.

Ive been twice now and both times a waste of time. First time i went i had a few unorderly things in the bed of my truck, all heavy, and all with a strap on them and wouldn't move, but was told couldn't go through. Thats fine i understand that one. Came back a few days later to go through the wash and now i have a tool box thats bolted to the bed and a gas can w THREE straps holding it to where it cant budge. I was again told by “Mama June” that i still couldnt go unless everything was gone, even though the tool box is bolted to my truck bed. So regardless if i would've taken the can out instill wouldn't have been allowed bc of the bolted down toolbox. I tell them how thats a stupid rule and a waste of time. Mama June proceeds to scream in an extremely high pitch scream “Thank you and have a nice day!!!!!” Ive never had that experience at a mikes car wash, but this new one meeds some work. If you have a truck and you have anything in your bed, i mean literally anything, dont even waste your time. Not to mention the culture is a little odd there w how the employees call the manager mama.

Our car was really dirty. The guy told us if it didn’t clean it the first time bring it back around. It did a good job but we did have to bring it back around. Also the vacuum system was awesome. You have a vacuum on each side of the car which was very helpful.

I frequent this location quite often with my Ford Explorer and have never had an issue. I will say that if you have dirt, bug guts, or other that has been baked on for days that I wouldn't expect an automatic car wash to clear all of that. Mike's Carwash is one of the best in Louisville.

I’m giving 2 stars because the guy that talked to me in beginning was nice. I now understand why no one was at this car wash, I paid the 29 dollars for the top of line wash and when I came out it was a patchy wash missed so many areas so I have a wax shine in some spots and dirt and grime in others. Oh and you have to pay additional 2 dollars to vacuum your car afterwards.. I won’t be going here again waste of money back to my old car wash even tho it’s further away. Total waste of money!

Wash was fine, the surface scratches on the trucnk and spoiler wasn't. I responded to Mike's via their website a few days after it happened. They sent me a canned email (to my hotmail.com account) back saying they typically respond within a business day to customer issues. I'm still waiting on that resonse. * photos from today Jan.4th, wash was on Dec 23rd, I did apply some light wax to the affected areas the same day of the wash trying to buff out the scratches.

They say that only old people write reviews but since my body cracked like a glow stick this morning when I got out of bed, why not? I went here to get bird crap off my whole car because an army of the feathered dinosaurs found a berry tree and took it out on my Nissan Rogue like it was an Alfred Hitchcock film. When I tell you these workers put elbow grease into wiping down my vehicle, I swear they took some of Popeyes spinach before doing the pre-wash and going into the wash I paid for. When I got out to check, there was no evidence of natures paint splatter. Kuddos to them. Like Terminator, I’ll be back

If you value your paint job don’t go to mikes . I took my Lincoln MKZ in for the works . All I got was scratched paint and an excessive amount of soap in my door jams . The dryer sucks. I pulled over to the vacuums to dry my car and clean my floor mats well I guess I was taking too long because employees started pressing me to leave when I was the only customer there. I left and went over to Fountains car wash next to Kroger on mud Ln . I will not go back to mikes nor will I recommend Mikes to my friends in the car community . I spend a lot of time and money on my car it’s been a hobby of mine for 30+ years. Believe me when I tell you washing your car here is like putting it in a meat grinder.

Paid $24 for their “Best” car wash and it left the sides and back of my car unwashed and filthy!! Total waste of money. Won’t be back.
