I usually enjoy visiting this store and have good experiences overall. However, on this particular occasion, I had an unpleasant experience at the customer service counter. There were only two checkout lanes open, and since I was in a bit of a hurry, I decided to go to customer service because the person in front of me in line had a cart full of items. At the customer service counter, there were no other customers waiting, but there were two employees chatting with each other. I was only holding one item, so I politely asked one of the employees if she could check me out. Her response was that “they don’t do that in this area,” but that she would do it “just this once” in an irritated and unpleasant tone. Her attitude was unnecessarily hostile, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t believe I deserved to be scolded, especially since I made my request respectfully and didn’t do anything wrong. I hope this issue can be addressed, as quality customer service is essential to maintaining a positive shopping experience at this store.

With as expensive as this store is it’d be nice if they didn’t harass you trying to sell you stuff at the back of the store.

I feel like almost every time I’m in this store, there’s never anyone at the guest service desk. This morning, I had to ask another lady stocking shelves if anyone is working over there. Then the lady who is supposed to be working there very slowly makes her way to the counter taking her sweet time and doesn’t acknowledge that I’ve been waiting there. Then, she’s just not the most friendliest of people while helping to return my items. Look, I’m sure your employees are super busy, but a little acknowledgement goes a long way. It would be different if this was a one off experience.

Easy in and out with self scan. The shelves are fully stocked and organized. The store is also kept really clean.

Their shopping service is terrible. Why in the hell are you going to put rotten cilantro and moldy zucchini in someone's order. It shouldn't even be on y'alls shelves. For shame, Target.

I was definitely racially profiled at this location today. Some lady or man said they had to scan my whole order at self checkout over a folder not scanning correctly the buzzer kept going off. They were other yt people at self checkout but we spent all our time watching me. I will never return to target again and I see they no respect for paying customers at all.. You should have fixed the machine and if I needed help I would've have asked.

They've consistently marked their Lego polybags as the incorrect prices. They mark them as $3, but whenever I go to purchase them, they are marked as $5. Small complaint, but whenever I bring this up the employees brush off the concern. All of the polybags in this picture ring up as $5

Here’s what you can expect: 1 cashier lane 2-3 SELF checkouts 15 people waiting 30 minutes to check out… Pretty crazy you won’t put the associates just roaming the store on checkout when you have that many people waiting.

These people are the worst. They show a price on their website, then you go into the store to buy it and the price is higher. They hope you won’t notice. Deceptive pricing tactics like this means you won’t get my business. This should be illegal.

A pretty nice target, no Starbucks inside like many others but they still have a cafe along with a pizza hut express. They also have separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms if that’s your thing. Pretty standard target with about the target experience you have come to expect.

Love this Target! Idk if it's just luck or what, but it's always super chill when I go and they're consistently well stocked, in my experience. Like, if I'm looking for something in particular that I know Target carries *and* don't wanna be around a bajillion people, I'd go here first for sure

So, I grew up going to this Target location for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience…. Until today. I picked up something late before closing, so I’m sure this lady had been working and was excited about the ending of her shift. I walked up to the check out line after I noticed the self check out was already closed. She doesn’t greet me, instead she says, “I get off at 10pm so if any one is here too bad” (something to this effect) right in front of a guest. Wow. Just wow. I could tell she was embarrassed by how she still said not a word to me and scanned my three items. While chasing me out, she made another comment in Spanish to a coworker for me not to hear, so I can only imagine what was said. After I paid, she said “Have a good night” really low and fast. I did not respond I just looked at her kind of in schock lol What kind of customer service is this??? I understand wanting to leave after a long shift, but you should watch what you say in front of guests. I’ll go out of my way to go to a different target from now on. I hope she does better, because that was pretty pathetic.

I am not a local, but in comparison to the usual target I once visited in another state this is much better! I have read other people’s reviews and do agree the amount of active checkout lanes are few. However, we usually do self checkout anyway, Perhaps the customers here would be more satisfied if more employees seemed like they were actively trying to dwindle down the lines? I’m basing this comment off other reviews I have read. To me, the lines are not that long. If I am not waiting for around 25-35 minutes like I once did, I am satisfied. An attentive and approachable employee is a plus! Also, the employees I’ve encountered working the self checkout lanes have been consistently friendly and do well in the management of the lines. Thank you.

Disappointed in my recent visits to Target. I walked around the store for a while and passed several employees as I searched for items, however, no one asked if I needed assistance. Same experience for others shopping near me. It felt like the staff was more focused on completing their own tasks and chatting about their weekend than engaging with customers. Customer service makes a big difference in the shopping experience. Unfortunately, that has really been lacking during my recent visit. I hope this location works on being more attentive and available to shoppers.

Ive been wanting a nice set of octagon dumbells for years. I was shopping online and found a great set for a nice deal at Target. When I went to check out they rang up the normal price. When I told the cashier they was on sale he quickly checked and corrected the price. The store was spotless and a pleasant place to shop. I will be back the next time I need something.

I recently visited this Target location and overall had a pleasant experience. Although they didn’t have the specific item I was looking for, the store itself was very clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Everything was neatly arranged, which made browsing comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. The employees were polite, patient, and genuinely tried their best to help me locate the product and suggest possible alternatives. Even though I had to leave without my item, I still appreciated the positive customer service and calm shopping environment. I would definitely return and recommend this store for a smooth and friendly shopping experience.
