This company really need to have their operators park company vehicles in front of the employees residents. This company is inconsiderate of neighbors. The employee doesn't want to park his company vehicles in front if his house so he can having parking for his guest. That means, I cannot have guest either when trying to sell my home because he doesn't want to take up parking in front of his house. So he will park a block over from his home , parking in front of my home. I will report this to HOA because company vehicles are suppose to be park in the owner's driveway NOT street parking. This also shows me this company doesn't follow rules. Wonder what other rules and short cuts they take if they don't follow simple rules. Park where you are suppose to park per HOA who is thoroughbred.

Found a groupon for this company and reached out to make sure they had availability and then I purchased the groupon. Scheduled appointment via text but it was missed, company did not follow up to let me know or even to reschedule. I contacted them after waiting a few hours and was informed that the detailer could not gain access into my gated community even though I gave them the gate access information via text message. They then said they were unable to contact me when they arrived, mind you, my entire conversation to this point has been via text message so they had everything via message including my phone number. The scheduler informed me that they weren't notified about this issue. Having the groupon already, I rescheduled for the following week since they had no earlier availability. The following week, they again did not show up on time. They messaged 15 minutes after the appointment to request reschedule due to the possible rain over the next few days. I informed them that the outside was not my concern and that I mainly needed the interior done. They said that they would have a detailer out about 1.5 hours late which actually turned out to be nearly 3 hours late. Thankfully, I had no plans and was able to wait around all day for this company to finally complete the scheduled detailing. I will never use this company again.

I would not listen to any of the bad reviews at all. If you own a car trunks do not get touched unless you request it. That is the same no matter what place details your car common sense people. I used the groupon to try them out before spend some real money with them to see if they were any good and my expectations were shattered. The guy who showed up was nice and straight to the point. Did not mess around and had my vehicle looking better than it did when I drove it off the showroom floor! It was 100 plus degrees out side but that did not slow them down at all. I will religiously use this company for all my detailing needs! Packages and services comparable if not better than other places and they come to you!! Thats huge! Don’t listen to the bad reviews. No ones perfect and some people you can’t please. Try them for yourself! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Making an appointment and payment was easy through the website. In this day and age it is difficult to find friendly reliable services. It's ironic that " excellent" is in any way associated with the company name. I purchased a service via Groupon. On the day of scheduled service, no one came to my home. Then, I panicked and thought perhaps I was suppose to go to them, and got in my car and drove to two locations listed on their email, both of which did not produce a car detailing facility. It's very odd to me that this company, if it is a company, didn't show up and didn't call or communicate with me!

I ran into Shawn at my apartment complex detailing a neighbor's car. I approached him and asked him if he had a card because I had just came from camping and my car was quite dirty. I asked if he would have time today to squeeze me in for a detail and wash. Sure enough he was able to get me in and get it done quick. He and Bob have a great attention to detail as every nook and cranny of my vehicle inside and out were completely spotless!! They were both very kind and respectable gentlemen, so I did expect a very well done job.. however, what I did not expect is to pay a fraction of the cost I have paid with other mobile and even nonmobile auto detailers. A huge thanks to these gentlemen for running a stand up quality buisness!! I will not be taking my or my peoples vehicles ANYWHERE else!! Thanks guys!!

I went to the one on Nellis. This is a new kid who has no clue what he is doing. He doesn't even know that you can put a wrap on your car to help protect it. He spent an hour and a half on my car(the $105 package) and when I got back, the top hadn't been cleaned, the rims hadn't been cleaned and there were still bugs on the headlights and front grill. I asked him to keep working on these spots. I came back 45 minutes later when I could not wait any longer due to a spouse working at 5pm and he told me he had called his dad to ask how to get bugs off and he said "add more wax." This was an unacceptable experience and the company only took off ten dollars. I canceled my appointment for my second car tomorrow. Quicky Car Wash around town does a better job for nearly a tenth as much the cost. Go somewhere else. This was the most disappointed I have ever felt with spending a hundred dollars on anything.
