Double charged me and will not reimburse me. Charged me $22 twice after the lady helping me at the machine said my card didn't swipe then she ran off to swipe it elsewhere. When my credit card bill came I contacted them and the said there was nothing they could do and to reach out to my financial institution. I will not go here again due to lack of customer service if you have an issue.

Multiple bird poop spots didn't come off. When I brought that to the attendants attention, was told I would have to pay for more expensive package. Sorry, wrong. I take my car to the car wash once a week and this was the ONLY one that the bird mess didn't come off from the basic wash. They had multiple places to vacuum your car, why they got the 2 stars.

If you have a truck this place works but if you have a BMW or a lower car like a alfa Romeo DO NOT GO HERE! Two times this place has broken my valve stem on my tire, the 2nd time it broke the sensor as well and cost me 87.00 dollars and when I filed a claim they did not help. I've been going here over a year and if my car gets damaged twice and they won't pay I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to ANYONE!!!!!!!
