Became a member right away for thei hook price and convient locations. Unfortunately it has torn up the sides of my new SUV with micro and deep scratches. Expected minor things that could be buffed out but its pretty bad so OPT for SOFT touch most your washes. Also one location has a top sprayer that is just far to powerful and aggresive for our moonroof I feel water only through that one sprayer at one of the locations. Love the free towel wipe and car scent

Great car wash. Price is good for a single wash or a monthly unlimited subscription. They give you a Terry washcloth every time you go through and a dash wipe. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. It does a great job for an automatic car wash.

I regret coming here. First time using a drive through car wash in my new truck and it messed up my whole right side. Paint chips everywhere. Only on the right where it doesn’t have the wheel track in the drive through. If you value your car and paint just do hand car wash.

This is the worst drive thru car wash I have ever been to! I have gone a few times an every time it’s the same thing. This car wash does not wash you car just waters it down. There’s way better drive thru car washes that actually scrub down your tires, front an back windows before you go in and are way cheaper! This place is far over priced for the horrible service they provide

I visited this location this afternoon and instantly noticed the attendant ushering the cars into the tunnel having trouble with maintaining the line. At one point while waiting in line, she had a couple of cars back up due to her actions of putting cars too close together in the tunnel, prompting the car in front of me to nearly back up into my car. There was no responsibility nor care to her actions. I have visited multiple WOW carwash locations (including this one) and have never experienced a hiccup like this one, even on the most busy days. While half-way inside of the tunnel, the car behind me rear-ended me due to being positioned too close to my vehicle. The carwash did stop, however no one came to observe the accident. It was only until after the carwash that me and the woman in the car behind me were able to get out and make sure we were each okay. We went to the office to speak to the manager of this location, Michael. We explained the situation, and our concerns with the attendant letting cars into the tunnel too close together. Michael only defended her, saying that she is following protocol and it's the responsibility of the driver to make the decision of not being so close to the car in front of you. Isn't that the attendant's job? Michael did not say he was sorry, asked if we were both okay, or even looked at our vehicles that just got into an accident in his carwash tunnel. Michael proceeded to tell us that customers come up to him all the time and "pull guns and knives" on him and the employees, which had nothing to do with this situation or our concerns. I asked Michael if cars hit each other often inside of the tunnel, and he replied "honestly, yes". He then proceeded to say that this location is 8-9 years old, and is "not the safest", which is a very big red flag and safety concern. He stated this has been the busiest weekend for the carwash all year, but in my opinion, that really should not affect the level of customer service and consistency of quality whatsoever. I feel extremely uncomfortable by Michael's words and his inability to feel even one percent of empathy or understanding for the customer. I understand the importance of supporting your team as a manager, however Michael simply did not care about our concerns and poor experience at this location. I feel incredibly unsafe going to this location knowing that this happens often, and will not visit from now on. The manager representing this location is a poor one, and the attendant needs to be more careful and trained thoroughly about operating a carwash.

I went for a car wash and the machine damaged the front bumper trim of my car. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff denied my claim completely — without even offering an apology. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service.

Usually my truck is dirty and it usually it takes two washes to get it clean. Today, the Sunday morning manager, checked me in. I asked about the 2nd wash if it was still a bit dirty. He made me fell it was wrong for those employees to have given it to me. Was there a policy changed? I was dissatisfied with the first wash. Instead of risking to be told No over a sub par carwash, I left never to return.

If you have a sports car I would NOT take it here! I put complete trust into the staff there to be badly let down and ignored when something was very wrong! I had a terrible experience, I didn't in the end go through the carwash even though Nick, who was directing me in said it was OK to do so, I kept letting him know something wasn't right and I could hear underneath the car grinding. He said it was the wheel and it would be fine! He totally ignored me to begin with. Finally he took notice. He put in a claim and finally said sorry after he had denied everything. Their Loss Adjusters refused the claim. Even before entering I asked will the car be OK to go in, assured yes by 2 attendants where you pay. They have refused to let me see the footage too. I was told by Nick if it is their fault they take liability. The car was definitely damaged by their machine and it should have been shut down when I first said there was something wrong, he continued to guide me in. This has been very upsetting and stressful. I don't even know yet the actual extent of the damage yet.

I love this place but can you guys stop being so wasteful providing blue towels every single time. I own 40 towels now. Can you recycle the towels instead or give them out 1 time a week. It’s insane how you’re giving these towels and are only being used once.

A good choice to keep your car clean. I have seen several branches in the valley. In less than 5 minutes your car will be very clean. I am not giving 5 stars for 3 reasons: damage on vehicle accessories can happen. The radio antena of my mini Cooper got broken …. Because the disclaimer posted about damages I can’t do anything, second annoying issue is that my monthly subscription cover tires shine and many I mean many times the machine is off /broken therefore, I don’t get that extra I am paying for, the last reason is when you arrive, the stopper does not open once the sticker on the window is scanned. An attendant has to come to work manually and allow you the access to the car wash. Small things pending to be to fixed to make a good place to wash your car.

First time going through this car wash with my absolutely filthy truck. This place cleaned it up in no time. I was guided into the tracks without an issue, and I felt comfortable with the distance between vehicles that were also going through the wash. I didn’t use the vacuums but will return to use them at some other time.

Kendrick and Kat are so wonderful! My license plate fell off during the wash and luckily for the nice woman who stopped me to let me know!! I went back and Kendrick and Kat retrieved my plate for me!! Every time I come to this location they are extremely helpful go above and beyond typical service!!! I appreciate their help and kindness! Def. My fave Wow wash location! Vacuums always work and ports are free, clear and open to handle my car cleaning needs.

Great car wash! Great service and price! They give you a small microfiber towel to wipe off excess water and wipee for cleaning inside. Also a car air freshner! You can go vacuum your car anytime! They don't charge extra for that! Love it!

This WoW carwash location definitely deserves a 1 🌟 rating. The last few times I went to there location they didn't give me an air freshener. The air freshener honestly don't keep a smell anyways but it's the principle. If it says every WoW car wash gets a air freshener. You should get it. I asked an employee there he started asking which package do have? I'm like that doesn't make sense if there model is every car wash get an air freshener. So no I don't recommend this location to others. The only reason I go there is it's close to where I live. Also my car does need a wash. The convenience as well. Other locations actually get my car cleaner...

Honestly, I’m kind of disappointed by WOW Car wash today. I’ve had a membership with them for a while now and they’ve always been pretty great. But today, the quality of the wash was much less than what should be expected. There was a lot of dirt left on both sides of the car and especially on the hood. The dirt wasn’t even that tough, I could buff it out with a towel afterwards, but I’ve never had to do that in the past. I don’t know if WOW is trying to save money by decreasing the strength of their wash, but I hope this trend is reversed in the future because after a year of being a loyal member I may have to look into switching to another company who can meet standard expectations for a wash.

This car wash is a nightmare. Their machine malfunctioned, spraying tar and recycled water all over my car. Employees took pictures, admitted the issue, and even had to call in a mechanic to fix it and replace filters afterward. The damage cost me an entire day and extra money to clean my car and salvage my products. And yet — when I filed a claim, they flat-out denied anything ever happened. Imagine that: they acknowledge the problem, fix the machine, but refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused. This isn’t an isolated incident either. There are multiple claims against this place, and their pattern is clear: deny, deflect, and leave customers stuck with the bill. Bottom line: If you value your car, your time, and your money, avoid this car wash at all costs. They will do everything possible to dodge accountability, even when it’s obviously their fault.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wow Wash at their Silverado Ranch and Maryland Pkwy location. During a visit, my 2025 Toyota Tundra was damaged. I filed a claim with Wow Wash, but their representative informed me that their internal review concluded the damage was “pre-existing,” despite the vehicle being brand new. Because of this response, I chose not to continue working directly with Wow Wash and instead filed a claim through my insurance so they could pursue the matter further. I have also submitted reports to the appropriate consumer protection agencies to request a broader review of how incidents like this are handled. I previously had a positive opinion of this car wash, but this experience significantly changed that. Based on how this situation was addressed, I would recommend exercising caution before using this location. My insurance company has requested any available footage, and I hope the matter is handled fairly and responsibly. While some of the damage may be repairable, the overall handling of the issue was disappointing and left me with little confidence in their customer service or accountability. *** As the owner or manager has already replied, I can assure you that nothing will be done. This is precisely why I’ve asked the FCC and Nevada Consumer Affairs to investigate further. It appears this company’s standard practice is to dismiss responsibility by claiming that any damage was “pre-existing.” As unreasonable as it may sound, I have been advised to file a police report. The business refuses to release surveillance footage and simply insists that nothing happened, placing the blame entirely on the customer. This company operates with zero integrity, which is made evident by the high rate of employee turnover. I sincerely hope the FCC and Nevada Consumer Affairs conduct a thorough investigation into their practices and ensure they stop exploiting consumers.
