Never been here before and never going back! I had a comp from the VGK game. I ask the guy at the kiosk who scanned my phone if he could pull my passenger mirror in or if I should get out and do it quick, he informed me they would do it when I got up to the carwash. I drive up and the kid directing me in with headphones on wasn't doing it and I had to sit there with my foot on the brake asking him to while my car rocked with that tire belt going over it a bunch of times. Then once he finally took off the headphones to hear me he said you don't have to tuck in your mirrors. After about 3 more rounds of telling him I do because I don't want them damaged he literally rolled his eyes and finally did it. There was no pre scrub like other car washes and I was through the whole thing in about a minute. When I looked at my receipt I couldn't believe it would've been a $22 wash. It was a terrible wash too. My front windshield was just as dirty as before, my back windshield was DIRTIER because it now had soap steaks running down it. I still had large patches of dirt all over the car that weren't even touched, especially on the back of my vehicle. Literally the worst carwash I've ever gotten, glad it was a game comp.

Worst experience. I’ve been to this place four times the first two times was fine. The third time did not get my car clean at all and I never do the basic. I always do the $18 or the $22 car wash. It did not clean my car. I thought I will try one more time. So stupid me went back! I asked them if it doesn’t get it clean can I come back through and they said yes so I took my car through at the $22 wash with all the extras and I didn’t get it clean so I went back and then I asked him can I go back there and he said yes they gave me the basic nine dollar wash so all the extras were actually washed off my car and it still wasn’t clean when I came out! Most places that I go to they take a rag and they wash your grill, your hood and your tires before it goes into the car wash so maybe that’s the problem?

I went to get my truck washed and the attendant Gavin was a total jerk and was yelling at me because my truck wasn’t lining up. A manager came and got everything straightened out. I made it through the car wash and went into the office to speak to the manager and explained what happened and that the attendant had yelled at me and that when I asked for his name he told me that he wasn’t going to tell me. The attendants name is Gavin and should find another job, he’s a jerk. The manager was apologetic and very nice, he even gave me credit for another car wash.

All I have to say is WOW. The wash was amazing the vacuums were powerful and free. Best suction cherry has ever felt. They also have a hand washing station and a free mat cleaner!! Must try this car wash. This is the newest of 12 locations!!

Sharing my experience to help others. Be careful on their promotions when they say you get to try a whole month for the price of a single wash was what I was offered. I even told the young lady at the kiosk I wanted the $18 car wash and pointed me towards the promotion. I asked 3x if the promotion would renew without my permission and she didn’t seem confident in her response and said it shouldn’t. Once I agreed, she did the promotion and instead of clicking the $18 option she clicked the $22, I was frustrated but no big deal. By the end of the month, I get hit with the repeating cycle of $39.99 monthly subscription. That was exactly what I was trying to avoid, I didn’t want that nor did I authorize that. And I asked several times. The only thing I ask is to be upfront and not LIE.

Car was is pretty decent but doesn't get all the dirt and water spots off the car & doesn't fully dry your car leaving you to dry it yourself. But the customer service is great. Myles explained to me the monthly package and answered all my questions without hesitation and beyond polite kept calling me sir. Because of him I brought my other car back for another deal.

I have using this Wow Car Wash location since it opened. They must have changed or added new staff in the last 2-3 weeks, as today was a terrible experience. First, I couldn’t initially get through on the far right entry point as the sensor was not acknowledging my windshield sticker (unlimited monthly service). I have had this happen multiple times and have brought it up to the staff however, the lady running this section today (afternoon) appeared to not be as familiar with the issue at hand. Second, once I got up to the car wash entry point, I noticed a longer than normal line. Upon getting up to the female staff member, I could tell that she was new, as many of the customers ahead of me experienced the same concern/issue. She had her ear covers on but kept yelling and telling me to press on my brake and wait until she then said release. I tried talking with her but she continued telling me she couldn’t hear me, and that was because of her wearing ear protection. I finally managed to have the machine tracker under my tire to connect and then proceeded to finally get my car wash however, for future when a new worker is still getting adapted to there working conditions I would recommend that a seasoned staff member to be there working on the side otherwise Customers will experience what many of us experienced today and that was long lines and many troubleshooting car to car, as the staff member was getting frustrated and unable to have cars connect to the tracker and proceed with Carwash. Today appeared to be one of the those days where staff needs more training, causing longer than normal lines.

Worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid $9 for a regular wash at this WOW Carwash (N. Stephanie) — not exactly cheap for a basic wash — and it didn’t clean my windshield, headlights, or even remove light surface dust. My car wasn’t filthy; it just needed a normal rinse. I immediately returned to the entrance and calmly explained the issue. Instead of understanding, the employee dismissed me and said they only offer rewashes on their most expensive package. He repeatedly told me I chose the “cheapest wash,” as if that meant I shouldn’t expect my car to get clean at all. I asked to speak to the manager — he told me the manager was on “lunch” at 8 PM, which made no sense. When I asked for his name, he hesitated and eventually said “Brian,” but I honestly doubt that’s real (photo of him attached). If WOW knows the $9 wash doesn’t work, they shouldn’t be offering it. That’s deceptive and a waste of customers’ time and money. I’ve attached a photo of the headlight stain that was untouched after the wash, and a photo of the employee I spoke with. This isn’t how a customer should be treated for simply expecting the service to match the promise. I’ll also be filing formal complaints. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible value and terrible attitude.

I really like that they give you a rag to dry what the blower doesn’t get. I’ve not seen that at any other Carwash. I also like that the vacuums actually have decent suction. I can’t tell you how many other carwash locations I’ve been to with pathetic suction that’s essentially useless. I recommend :)

I've been highly impressed with this location from my very first visit! I was offered the $9 special for unlimited for a first month trial and after I saw how wonderful my truck looked, I continued my membership. I even had an employee come out once asking if I'd be willing to go through the wash again since he saw some soap on the side of my truck and rang it up for free (even though I was on the unlimited plan) and the service members are always professional and I always feel like they take pride in their customers. I appreciate all your staff does with keeping the lot clean and welcoming too. Proud to have the Wow unlimited membership! Look how my truck shines!
