They scratched my car i made a claim they checked the video and saw no scratches when I pulled in to wash my car. Claim was denied. Was not happy with their decision. I spent 15 minutes buffing out the scratches. The point is that they could have excepted the fact that they where wrong but they didn't I returned to the wow car wash because the staff is very friendly and professional. Not like Eric from the claims department. I will still keep the 1 star on this review till Eric from the claims department apologizes for being rude and not being human. Other then that the car wash here does a great wash.

Update: customer service does not care. They’re more concerned with getting new customers than retaining customers. Do yourself a favor definitely do not come to this WOW, I’d recommend one of the other car washes in the area. I have a membership and this location absolutely horrible. The reader didn’t work multiple times. Attendant had me back into 3 all three different entrances. There are other car washes near by give them a try and have less hassle! 1-26-25 6:00pm

First time at this location, very friendly and helpful staff .I vacuumed the car turn so clean. Never had such a great experience before at any other carwash. This location will be my favorite spot. The coolest part was the mat cleaner that i never seen at other car wash.

This place is JUNK !!!!!!............ Do not waste your time or your money, like I did.. I drove out that car wash & my car was still dirty. Also it left a bunch of soapy water spots all over the car. So now I have to go to a real car wash and spend more money and time.

I entered the Wow Carwash with perfect windshield, no chips or scratches, and left the carwash with a 18 inch crack across the entire front glass. I spoke to a manager who said this is a frequent occurrence as their machines “often malfunction”. He helped me submit a claim just for it to be denied because they have a disclaimer which states that “the Wow Carwash is not responsible for any windshield damages as even a small chip can expand in the cold water”. BUT I DID NOT HAVE A CHIP OR ANY DAMAGE WHEN I ENTERED THE CARWASH. I was told the most they could do was refund the $8 I paid for the wash. 🤡🤡 If you want to have to pay hundreds of dollars for repairs, this is the place to get your car washed.

Multiple choices for each wash, but we chose their $22 wash (one time) they also offer monthly rates that allow unlimited washes during that month, we just don't drive enough for that to provide any value. Friendly staff was helpful at check in for those unfamiliar with their system as well as at the entrance of the wash, guiding you in and ensuring you have your cloth and air freshener if you purchased one. Overall a good experience and we'll be using them again

This car wash location was phenomenal and I mean that with sincere truth and energy. Free vacuums affordable car wash packages starting at 9 bucks with a free microfiber to wipe down the interior or exterior if you had wax you wanted to apply..professionalism when I entered the facility and very happy with the way the machine slowly ran my car through to clean it with detail..I was very impressed and highly recommend you bring your car through...now to be 100..if you have a black or dark colored car do not run your vehicle through any turn brush cleaning system to avoid swirls and scratches to the paint.. hand or laser wash it. But other than that WOW CAR WASH IS PREMIERE PROFESSIONAL AND WORTH YOUR TIME AND EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR VEHICLE...WHEN U GO REMEBER I TOLD YOU SO. 5 STAR NO DOUBT!

Was assaulted by an employee at this location. Corporate response was "we won't take any action but here are a couple of free car washes." Edit: Company reached out after my review, only to again do absolutely nothing. Their employee assaulted me and stole my phone but to management that is acceptable behavior. It's now a matter for the police and my attorney for robbery and felony battery.

Closed on Wednesday Dec. 10, 2025 at 4pm. Not a holiday, nor was the weather an issue, but had the holiday sign up. I won't renew my membership here if they cannot be counted on to be open. I am a Rideshare driver that works nights and I like to keep my car clean. No one could tell me why it was closed when I called. Getting through to a human on the phone seemed an impossible task as well.

Decided to give this car wash a try, a lot of hype behind them, see them all over the place. I did buy the basic wash, but after going through my truck was still dirty. Entire hood was still dirty and spotty. Whole back tail gate was completely wet, not dry at all, maybe other spots not dry or washed. The wash was mediocre really. I gave 3 stars because the employee I dealt with gave excellent service and gave me an extra micro fiber towel to dry off my truck. Maybe I’ll give it another try next time since I live close by, idk. But not impressed as of now.

WOW Car wash! It just got done raining outside and these two that were on duty, (I really wish I caught their names) convince me to get a car wash. Although I knew it would rain again their sales tactics really kicked in the gear. I am now even considering a membership. I am hearing impaired, and the young lady even symbolized that she knew how to sign. Their commitment they displayed was above and beyond. Thank you again.

I would give ZERO STARS. I had a membership with wow carwash for over 3 years! Taking my car weekly until their machine broke my passenger side mirror. I quickly got the manager of the carwash and filed a claim. Three days after they called me stating that they would not fix my mirror. They tried to say that my car must have been already like that... my car is 2023 brand new out of the dealership.. I had photos, proof that it happen inside their machine and still they said they weren't responsible. I said I would contact someone to report them and they hung up on me and no longer want to to speak. So now Im stuck paying what theu damaged. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. YOU MAKE THOUSANDS AND YOU WOULD RATHER LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER THEN HELP PAY FOR DAMAGES YOUR MACHINE CAUSED. Update : No one has ever reached me or looked into this any further.

I have used this car wash service before. Yet this time, a WOW wash machine damaged my rocker panel during the car wash. I saw the damage to my vehicle at WOW Carwash when parked at their vacuum station. Immediately I spoke with a manager, he took pictures and submitted my claim. When speaking with customer service, a lady and employee named Eric. Stated they both saw the damage on video during WOW Carwash. However, they said because the vehicle is older than 7 years, the damage is wear and tare. It was an insult for WOW Carwash to make this "wear and tare" claim. A lot of people have older, well-maintenance vehicles coming to this carwash. WOW Carwash held no accountability on their end. My vehicle did not have a loose or hanging rocker panel coming into the WOW Carwash. Now this is a hassle for me to have my vehicle repaired. Please beware there is potential risk of damage during these carwashes at WOW Carwash.
