We just moved to Bend, and I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite stores. I was waited on by Albert two of the times I went in, and he got me all signed up for their rewards program. He was also super-knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was referring to when I said I wanted an item but didn’t quite know the name. Thank you!

The store is lovely. The staff not so much. The frumpy teen girl that was our cashier was miserable. The line to pick up larger orders was 5 cars long, which wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't take 17 minutes while we blocked the parking lot annoying other customers. I usually shop in Redmond and think I will continue to do so. Bend was not a good experience.

This review is for Travis. He is an excellent employee. First off, he literally does everything in the store. Every time I go in, he’s working and he’s giving 110%. He’s beyond friendly, super attentive and goes above and beyond for the customers. It’s true that this store is understaffed, but just give this place some grace as they do carry supplies that are well priced and it’s a 1 stop shop for garden, pets, clothes and chicks.

Ive shopped wilco since my parents bought their farm 45 years ago! It was perfectly natural to continue with that legacy when I bought my own 1800 acre ranch!! I always get the help I need, solid advice and smile when I walk in and smell a part of my childhood. Thank you for keeping my beautiful animals healthy..my equipment maintained...fences mended and making it that much easier to do what I love

Worst grooming my dog ever got. It was choppy like a 12 year old did it. Groomer didn’t follow any of all my directions. Never again!! Update: 12/3/24 This grooming was performed on 11/29/24(Day after Thanksgiving) Please see pictures, the first 3 pictures is are what he looked like from previous groomings. The last 4 are from your groomer! I clearly gave her instructions on how I want it done(Very little to cut on the head especially on the eye section, legs should be like a column, cut should be 1 1/2 inches on the body only but not elsewhere…erc) I was already worried because she couldn’t even find the correct guard for her clipper which gave me a clue she’s unorganized. After I picked him Up, she noted she still couldn’t find the clipper. Upon walking out, I was so dismayed with the result that I had to write this review, none of my instructions were followed and my dogs hair is choppy all over, my dog always looked like a bear, now he looks terrible with those skinny legs, unproportioned head trim, choppy! Did I talk to the groomer about it? NO, there is no point for me to make an argument that can’t be undone, a review will be more justified to warn others about her incompetence. Karen is the groomer and I believe she is the only one back there. If you want to make this right, provide me a refund, if not its ok, not about the money. She charged me $123.00 for that mess! You be the judge from the photos! Everyone who knew him thinks that is the worst grooming!

Love this store, prices are fair and the customer service is always on point! I always get my garden nutrients from them because it's organic and one of the cheapest around town for my garden nutrients. They have a wide variety of garden plants that I love. These plants that I buy from Wilco always come out strong and healthy!

Not consistent quality for grooming. Paid over $200 for grooming which was supposed to come with nail trims, shedding treatments and haircuts. The first time I took my two dogs in they came back to me looking amazing. Nails cut back, haircuts… the works. They barely shed. I paid like 170 for their first grooming for both, asked for the same exact treatment and this time was $50 more? For terrible results. Mind you, the people working back there were super nice but the price hike with the grooming quality is a no for me. My dogs have long bits on their chest and their faces don’t look like they got haircuts. They’re shedding terribly still. I’m extremely disappointed in the grooming my dogs received. Love Wilco though. But I will find another groomer.
