Dude got under my truck to see my driveline. Couldn't find the part(they had the kit for pretty cheap, but I'm super super cheap) there but I sure feel like they helped me. They have some far better than they should be mechanics chilled there usually. Highly recommend in bend most of the others have teenagers.

Thank you for having the item on hand that I ordered via your website. In the future it would be appreciated if the experience of picking up items ordered online were better explained and if the store would take more responsibility for confusion in the process (even if you are a local franchisee and the franchise is who is doing the advertising for such services).

My first time here. Bought a $10 license plate cover opened the package and realized I had my perfectly good old ones in the trunk. Brought it right back into the store minutes later and the guy said "he wouldn't return it because he couldn't resell it". I get that--but with a little effort the packaging could have been taped back together and possibly resold or reshipped back to manufacture for repackaging. Not a good way to start off and I probably won't go back to spend money on big ticket items when they were too chincey to take back a $10 dollar item with ripped packaging. Customer service matters when the next guy will give me the same price and has a rock solid return policy. Not a good look for NAPA!!

I really want to like this store better. I mean, they often have way more parts i need in stock than the other stores in town. Here's the issue, the staff make me feel like I'm an inept bother to them. I can't put my finger on exactly how or why, but it is the feeling I get every time I go in. I've taken to using them as a last resort

Great big store. Instant confidence once you walk in that they are going go have the part you need! Nice clean aisles and lots of people on staff during my visit to help find what I was looking for. I prefer Napa parts over other stores, I just find they are built better.

It can be very busy, it is a great place with very helpful staff. Wednesday is ladies day with a 20% discount on anything not on sale. If they make it Napa can find it,they may not have it, but they can find someone that does.

First visit was not helpful. Lady behind the counter was rude and uninterested in helping us find what we needed. After being told they didn’t have it we left with the best compromise. It didn’t work. Brought that tool back and was greeted by helpful gentleman who found the correct tool for us. He was pleasant and got us what we needed. Thank you!

I just tried to buy 2 qt of oil where the price was different at the counter as it was on the shelf. When I asked. They told me it was a cat tax. I said we don't pay taxes in Oregon and I asked for my money back. In which case it became a big deal. And they wanted to change because they didn't want to do the math. The woman at the counter ended the transaction by calling me a c***. All I'm saying is if the price was the same on the shelf as when I got to the counter. I wouldn't have had a problem.

Definitely will not go back. sent some heads in to get resurfaced and checked for any cracks they were there for a whole week before I called and was told that they did not have tools to do them. They never called me to inform me on this so I went and got a refund. (The tool was just a torque bit) it’s not necessary the fact that they don’t have the tools to do their job it is that they don’t communicate with the customers

I had bad luck on my first visit to Napa Auto. The sales people were friendly and helpful. But because of poor quality products I have to give a (TEMO) two star. I purchased an 100A alternator fuse for factory stock Chevy. Twice I had to return because to fuse housing is from such poor quality it fell apart, not break but simply fell apart. If the plastic housing is such poor quality, imagine the electric conduiting metal quality. I only got one of the $10 fuses refunded. Eventually got a fuse from their competitors made from quality copper and fited like a dream, and end up paying under$7.
